if we americans are unwilling to give israel a new homeland in texas

why should we expect the arabs to do so?

We don't have to let arabs do anything. Israel already exists in their home and noboby has to give them anything.
I very much doubt that Israel wants to be transplanted in Texas and it would be hard to move an entire country against their will.

The problem isn't that the Arabs are being asked to give them a homeland. The "Arabs" were offered the same "two state" deal they say they want now, but rejected it.

They rejected it, and Israel was granted the land and successfully defended it four times.

Judea and Samaria is their land and if the solution is to continue to defend it until every "Palestinian" and "Arab" is dead, then so be it.

It's their land and they have a right to live in peace in it.

And if that means genocide on the indigenous peoples then so be it.

Sound familiar?

yes are you saying we Americans should stop giving them $365 billion per year?

No. Because if we did we would lose influence. It's part humanitarian part political that we give them that money. I don't suggest that.

You are under the assumption that Israel needs to move. And it is from that viewpoint you base your argument. It is my argument that Israel doesn't need to move. That is why there is confusion in our discussion.

With that said, Americans don't need to give Israel a new homeland because they are already in their homeland and happy. The Jews don't need to move, they are already home. So I see no need to transplant them to America. But I'm sure the Palestinians would like to relocate them to America so that they can inhabit Israel and never see the Jews ever again. I'm sure they would love that. But that is never going to happen. The Jews will never leave. That is why I said the "arabs" (as you called them) don't need to give Israel anything. That is because Israel has their home. There is nothing the arabs could give them.

If Israel wasn't at war right now I wouldn't be falling for this bait thread.

It is $3 billion, not $365 billion. You can call it one hundred thousand million billion quadrillion zillion dollars, but that doesn’t change the fact that the actual aide given is just $3 billion, and that is still too much.

Actually, we're already in the process of ceding Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Southern California to the Mexicans, so those who want to give them a homeland in the US, will have to think of something else - unless of course the Mexicans want them.

People just don't get it.... they think it is all about the Location of Israel that they are being attacked and that is part of it but throughout history they have been attacked regardless of where they lived and transplanting the majority of the Jews in one location will just attract those who wish to wipe them out to that location. Imagine Hamas in Texas and people hiding rockets and launching them at cities in Texas what problems would arise and people would say Israel just needs to move to some other spot on the planet not in the US. Wherever Israel is planted they will be sought out and attacked.

Exactly.

Put differently - hatred for Israel is a spiritual issue; nothing more.

...what?

Are we talking about the same Arizona that I live in? Because that's not happening.

They could probably charge our country a great deal more than $3 billion dollars a year if they really wanted to, fact of the matter is, they probably hold a number of patents on military technology that this country uses...

I'm sure that it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the area where Israel was founded was already inhabited before Europeans decided to grant it to their own citizens rather than allow the Palestinians regional autonomy.

Israel already resides in land that's rightfully theirs. The issue isn't moving them somewhere else, it's defending them against modern-day Nazis who want to wipe them from existence. You can't bargain with the kind of evil, nor should we.

Anti-Jewish hatred will follow the Jewish people wherever they may reside, whether in Israel or other countries. You mention an important point.

Exactly, Israel belongs to Jews. They are also protecting themselves from those that would want that nation destroyed, a natural reaction that should be far more easily understood by others than it would seem at the moment.
