I don't know about you, but I'm one of the little guys working a regular ol job. I've recorded my last few tax deductions from my pay checks and I'm going to compare them to the taxes on my paychecks after the tax bill goes into effect. I'll let you know if I've been pummeled.

Well, the Crown Prince recently saying they'll fight terrorism until it's eradicated because he won't allow them to distort their "peaceful" religion and placing an embargo on Qatar for supporting terrorism isn't exactly nothing. - He can only do so much and get away with it, but he did put travel restrictions on the 7 countries the Obama administration listed as being terrorist hot spots, and Saudi Arabia wasn't on it.

What ended up doing it for me is the body of work he’s accumulated without the help of Congress. I’m no fan of executive orders, but after a flurry of mostly righteous orders in the beginning that reversed many of Obama’s failing orders, he started calming down. The ones he ended up putting in place, from the various travel bans to pulling back on Obamacare to trying to cutting the bureaucracy down to size were all positives. I started saying fewer and fewer bad things about him because he simply wasn’t doing very many things worthy of complaint.
Then, there was Jerusalem. That’s what sold me. He did what every President should have done since 1967. This isn’t a 22-year-old endeavor. It’s a five-decade-old series of failures by American Presidents, including Ronald Reagan, that Trump finally corrected.

Everybody since 1967 knew it was the right thing to do, but got mired in overthinking of all the possible permutations and combinations and worries about what the world might think.
Trump does not overthink literally anything. Even if he obsessively cares about what people think of him, he does not overthink about that into guiding his actions.
He just be a Nike man, he just does does it.
For some lesser countries, dependent on the good will of the world to survive, overthinking is a very good strategy. A rabbit in a world full of foxes, or a mouse in a world full of owls really really needs to overthink everything before making a move.
But Trump is president of America. Eagles do not need to concern themselves with what the rabbit thinks of them.
Just do it.

To be fair, I first brought this up and whoever it was that responded to me first simply said I was wrong without giving any reasoning at all. I did give my reasoning for that, granted it's not some scientific multi-year study I did, but it's logic regardless. I think it's up to you now to provide some reasoning yourself to counter my claim. You don't get to just say "You're wrong" without giving a reason as to why.Do share the referenced evidence.....

Hey again. I'm fine with most of your answers, but this one I think deserves a response to. I don't profess to know how it was determined which places were hot spots for terrorism, but I do know that it's not sufficient to use one extreme example as a reason to say Saudi Arabia is a hot spot. Using the same kind of logic, it could be argued we are a hot spot for terrorism due to the OKC bombing.
