i want a straight up answer from YEC's

AV I think what people are bothered by is the fact that these topics were long left untouched and you haven't really added much significance to the discussion. We know that you're not interested in evidence, and you've stated that many times in many other more current threads. After you revive one of these threads, the responses tend to follow a very typical pattern of 'please stop doing this.' If you're interested in discussing a subject, perhaps start a new thread?

Why waste server space?

You could say the same thing about the counting threads and these threads that don't really go anywhere. I don't think CF is hurting for server space, and it seems like, from my side of things, you're generating some ill will by engaging in this so continuously. If that's what you're into, I guess go for it, but every one of these thread revives spends at least several pages with people telling you that this was pointless. I'll stop posting in the thread revives, as I don't really want to encourage it, but I'm asking out of politeness that you reconsider your habits.

You mean by counting posts?

Face it, you're not concerned with server space.
And I really don't think you're concerned with threads that are necrobumped, either.

I could be wrong though.

AV, I doubt think that member is around to read your post.

It wasn't for fuz!on's benefit, it was because AV felt he wasn't getting enough attention

Strange that AV has never noticed the coincidence of his desperate need for attention and his belief in a god who thinks he's special.

Why should a question or a point die with its author?

O the short leash with which we ascribe to the pen.

(I just made that up -- ;))
Telling people that you are doing this in a thread would be nice.

Or not. It isn't really that important. I am getting conditioned towards looking at dates on posts before reading threads on P&LS.

Just because one person thinks you're special doesn't mean everyone has to.

Because if you had an open gaping wound, and Jesus healed it, it would have the appearance of an old wound. "Science" has no tests for such unique events because they require "reasonable" speculation into history.

If I were a true YEC, it would be like saying that the healed wound would test out to be a young wound. I don't believe that. I believe the healed wound would have any expert saying that it is old. Same with the Earth.

A "young" earth would mean that the garden of Eden was located on hot lava, at best, and I don't think the story reads that way.

People of every religion constantly are claiming medical miracles, but nobody ever has any actual evidence for it.

Nobody ever get a leg grown back, nobody ever has the xrays, hospital admission materials and diangnosis, and then the next hour or day an "old wound".

Science can do fine, its the miracles that arent there.

Moses and Elijah were seen on a mountain alive. They had a lot more than just a leg back.

I know of no religion that constantly does such.
I know of very few religions that do.
And miracles are from God, who is spirit, so the miracles are proven and confirmed by the Spirit, not by flesh. Not by this world.

So being wrong on the first two points, leads to your perception on the last as well.

Word games with my use of the word "constantly"

ok

but you ignored this...

any regrown legs been "validated by the spirit" lately?

naivete and self deception is what leads to your evidence-free perception.
