Hi,

I am running a small test.
I have 4 questions for you if you don’t mind answer them.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What Church denomination are you?

If you died right now would you go to heaven?

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

What Church denomination are you?
I am a Non-denominational, Spirit-Filled, Pentecostal, Word of Faith believing, Charismatic. (in no particular order.... what a mouthful!)
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Yes.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
Because Jesus died for my sins, and I confessed with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believed in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, thus receiving Your free gift of salvation.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
Because one did not accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.

1.) Doesn't Matter

2.) Yes

3.) Because I'm covered in Lamb's BLOOD

4.) One accepted what the Holy Lamb of Israel did and was washed in His Blood

The other rejected Him and all that He did. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus, and that by the power of His Blood.

1. I attend a Church of God, but I disagree with the COG on almost everything. I continue to attend this local church because of my love for them and their love for God. If I had to say which denomination with which I most agree it would be the Anglican Church and the Emergent Movement.
2. Yes, I would go to heaven. (I love being able to say that)
3. I don't think that God will ask me that so I am not going to try to answer it.
4. Because one of the twins had been graced by God with salvation and the other hadn't.

1 Don't subscribe to one currently, but have belonged to baptist/anabaptist, so for the sake of naming one, that will do. Fundamentalist would be a better description, but that's not technically a denomination.
2 Yep.
3 I don't deserve to enter heaven. I am a lowly sinner. But Christ died and rose again to wash away my sin. He is here to stand in my place on judgement day, and has prepared a place for me in heaven. (of course, my words will likely sound rather muffled from my face being planted on the ground. I can't imagine I'll be able to do anything other than fall on my face to worship God when I am right there with Him in Glory!)
4 What does being twins have to do with it (or basketball, lol)? Every person is an individual and fully accountable to God for his/her own sin. If one chooses to repent and accept Christ's Lordship and Salvation, but not the other, then one goes to heaven, one goes to hell.

When you have completed your test, would you mind sharing your findings? Sounds very interesting...

1. First and formost I am a part of the body of Christ and insomuch as I am a part of the body of Christ my denomination is not important; but so as to answer your question: Heritage of Faith Christian Centre

2. I would like to think I would but ultimately that is not a decision I make - talk to God about that one

3. Of my own account you should not. But I have honoured and loved You and Your Son and the promise of Your word is that I am cleansed and purified by the blood of Jesus that I might spend eternity with You because of Your great mercy and love to me.

4. Just because twins might be identicle in appearance does not mean they are identicle in attitude or behaviour. Often quite the opposite is true. The twins are judged by God not on the outside appearance (a human judgment) but based on their heart. Something that only God can do.

Hi,

I am running a small test.
I have 4 questions for you if you don’t mind answer them.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What Church denomination are you?

Pentecostal by religious affiliation

If you died right now would you go to heaven?

Yes. According to John 3:3. I'm not sure based on my own doubts/guilt.

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?

I have to think about that. I get "nervous", not sure if that's the right word, when it comes to the concept of speaking to God face to face. I know that because He is a loving and merciful God who made provisions for a sinner like me; I have the gift of eternal life with Him. According to my own work...I don't have a hope or chance.

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

One did not repent and accept Christ as his Lord and Saviour.

Hi,

These are good questions! And very perceptive ones. :)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What Church denomination are you?

Catholic

If you died right now would you go to heaven?

I hope so . . . only God knows the heart and only God is judge of the heart. I dare not presume to know or judge my own. . . . .

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?

"Thou knowest. Jesus I trust in You."

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

One's eternal state depends on the state of Grace one dies in . . .

If one dies in a state of Divine Sanctifying Grace, then heaven is assured.

If one dies without being in a state of Divine Sanctifying Grace, there is no assurance of heaven . . .

What Church denomination are you?
Independant.
Charismatic with Word of Faith leanings.
Very flexable in my attitude toward others who do not believe exactly the way I do.
I pretty much accept anyone who says they believe in the gospel. The rest is growth.

If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Absolutely. Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord SHALL be saved. I have that assurance from God. He does not lie.

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
I would say that as God He has the right to do what He chooses. But if I am refused entry... I would beg that He remove that suffering that Jesus endured on my behalf from His passion on the cross. I would plead that my precious Lord and saviour not be subjected to the sin and suffering that he endured on my behalf. To deny my entry and then require that Jesus suffer on my behalf would be unjust to my Lord. I would pray that I would be more concerned for the unjust suffering of my Lord and Friend Jesus. But as this is the plan and purpose of God, I know that I would be granted entry not because I demanded it or because it was due to me... but because of the love and compassion in God that was shown in the sacrifice of my dear Lord Jesus. I know that His love would welcome me in and do justice to the cross.
Essentially... to deny me would be unjust to my Jesus.

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

One called on the name of the Lord...
One did not.

If you died right now would you go to heaven?

Not an issue . I would be with the Lord - Heaven isn't the point .

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?

Again , Heaven isn't the point . And , only a stranger would ask a question like that . The question also implies that certain actions by you earn the right to something .

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

Hell isn't the point , either .

One twin was the Lord's friend and the other was not .

1. I consider myself non-denominational though the church I attend currently is a Pentacostal church of the PAC(Pentacostal Assemblies of Canada)

2. Yes, I would go to be with God, whether that means heaven or a place to be prepared for heaven, doesn't really matter. It's who I'd be with that would matter.

3. Password: JESUS

4. Well, let me start by saying I have two identical twin brothers. One is saved. One is not. I hope very much the unsaved one accepts Jesus into his heart. But if he were not to and both of my brothers died today, the one that would not go to heaven would be the one who never had a personal relationship with Jesus. :( Of course the thought of that makes me very sad.

I would say it’s more of a test to help me understand what Christians think when it comes to the matter of what they believe it takes for them to make it into heaven.

I am taking a class at my church and this was part of our home work to ask other Christians these questions, and will be going over the answers in class. So far most ppl seem to be on the right page here but on some other forums were I have posted these ?’s some ppl don't know for sure. Some say that there Christians but they think they can get into heaven on works alone. From what I have learned so far I believe that its a simple process its just about believing in his Son Jesus and what he has done for use and then start applying the values you learn from the bible and your church to your life but mostly is repenting and believing.

I am still learning I have been in church my whole life but now I am learning it for me not because my mom said I had to go lol. So over all this is just something I am using to get an idea on ppl's views in this area so I can be better trained and equipped to talk to someone if they have the wrong answer to something in this area or they are unsure.
