There are good changes and bad ones....
And a change which makes you happier, more at peace, has to be good.

There aren't any good changes. All changes have something bad in them. And I hate people saying: "Oh, you've changed that..." etc.

empe, if you are not happy, then there are things you can do. Some change is good.

You need a new life in Jesus Christ. I don't mean salvation, you already have that.

You need medication to help you out of this depression, if that is what this is.

You need someone to talk to who cares about you.

It is very good to find a psychologist to talk to. Do you have one?

As for other people, not all people will turn against you.

When you are depressed it is important to find someone safe to talk to, someone who will honor confidentiality, and who will listen with an open heart.

There are several here who I trust like this. Any of the chaplains, for example. sinneD is another one. Criada can talk to you. I can talk to you. We are here for you.

That's the depression talking. Depression LIES. It says that no one cares about you, and that you can never get better. Those are all the lies of depresion.

empe, don't listen to those lies. You can be helped. If your psychologist was not able to help you, go somewhere else, find another psychologist.

I had to change psychologists when I was ill because the first one didn't help me. The second one was wonderful. He was very kind, and very wise. You need to find someone like that.

Don't let the word "fearfully" in verse 14 throw you off. It has to do with reverance, not being scared.

I'm afraid of talking to God. I've heard many stories saying that people who had trusted God lost their friends, parents, children etc because of death. I mean that if I trust God, something wrong can happen for instance to my parents because God would like to change my life in this way.

I talk to God, empe. I have six children and a loving husband. If anything God has helped me and my family.

I would not be alive today if God had not intervened.

Oh, brother, I am sorry you feel that way. God does really want what is best for you, He isn't planning to hurt you.
There is a verse in Jeremiah which says:

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."(Jeremiah 29:11)

That is true, for you as well... even when things seem impossible.
