It doesn't change the meaning of the verse.Once again you fail to let the verse speak for itself before you look elsewhere.
Note the word "resulted" this time.
Romans 5:18 NIV
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people,
so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.
You can't lift one verse out and ignore the rest of the chapter and expect to be taken seriously.
17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!
Context, what is required for justification? You are already told in the previous verse! So why would you ignore that and claim every one gets justified? It's cherry picking at its most ridiculous.
