I know the left likes to change definitions of words....invent new words...or stretch the meaning of old words....

Back in my day, we used to call people like this racists. Then some people claimed that it actually had something to do with power and privilege....

1. Power- she's the elected mayor.
2. Privilege- she ran in a party that views race and biology as achievements, if you're not a white man.

She still seems to fit the definition. Also, a strawman is an argument propped up to attack a completely different argument. I actually agree with Ramaswamy's general point. I'm just adding the obvious things I think he missed.

No. He pointed out the hypocrisy of intense media focus on the minor transgression of a minor child (buying alcohol underage) while pretending a serious transgression doesn't exist or isn't important (failing to pay taxes on millions of dollars...so far).

While it could be, that's not necessarily true. A strawman needn't be attacking a completely different argument as he could just be flailing weakly at the right target.
