The terminator wasn't a human being enhanced by technology. It was merely an android masquerading as a human by hiding beneath organic material.
Over in the other thread you had already given your definition of "God", and I agreed to accept it, for purposes of your thread.
Are you going to post anything of substance any time soon, or will you keep to the strategy of writing merely long-winded introductions to...nothing?
Bionics is not the practice of enhancing humans by technology. Bionics is using knowledge from biology and applying it to technology. Bionics is, in other words, the opposite direction of what you are talking about.
Having said that, how is enhancing humans through technology, a bad thing?
Here are some examples:
- glasses
- lenses
- hearing aids
- pacemakers
- prosthesis
- ...
Doesn't sound that bad to me.....
I could even go a step further and state that just about ANY tool in existence, can be said to "enhance" humans.
A hammer "enhances" our squishy limbs to more efficiently drive a nail through wood.
A fork allows us to eat more easily without making a mess.
Binoculars allow us to see further.
Telescopes allow us to see MUCH further.
Radiology allows us to see things our eyes simply can't see.
Microscopes allow us to see things that are otherwise to small for us to see.
Thermometers allow us to more precisly tell how hot or cold something.
A car allows us to travel much faster then by foot or by horse.
All of these things are technological tools that enhance our human abilities.
According to the Bible proving that God exists shouldn't be even necessary since it is described as being so obvious that anyone denying it has absolutely no valid excuse to be doing so.
... really?
That is an incredibly stupid argument. If the christian god was obvious then there wouldnt be other religions or atheists. So the argument is obviously (heh) false.
If proving god(s) was possible then faith wouldnt be needed.
That is what the Bible tells us. That there should be absolutely no reason to doubt the existence of a creator because the evidence is overwhelming and that those who do deny it have no valid excuse. I don't find it stupid at all, I find it to be a very accurate description of reality. In fact, I find the denials of a creator's existence to be exceedingly stupid statements. So I guess we differ in that area.... really?

The Terminator?
Really? what, exactly, do you mean by 'civilization', and when do you think this happened? You have to realize that the West brought civilization to all the countries where there are different religions. And the bringing of civilization was deeply connected with Christianity.
"Overwhelming evidence" is what I would call "proof". And that is quite lacking. Anyone who simply claims that there is overwhelming evidence and that it is obvious without being able to show it... explicitly denying to have to "prove it" while in the same breath with different words claiming to have proven it... is just setting himself up for a mirror argument. That is what the Bible tells us. BTW
Your concept of faith is out of kilter with the biblical one.
From my limited interactions with this poster, I have come to the preliminary conclusion that he is one of those who believe that only his kind of(whatever) are the real kind.Really? what, exactly, do you mean by 'civilization', and when do you think this happened?
I ask because conventional histories of the world have Western civilization as a relative newcomer, and many great civilizations predate the appearance of Christianity by thousands of years, so your claim is puzzling.

Only his civilization is real civilization, so of course his tribe spread it around. Only his faith is the real faith, so everyone else is an atheist.
What does atheism profit you?
Come on, hadn't it been for the British, the little Indians would still have suffered from smallpox.
This post comes across as very racist. I hope you didnt mean it that way.
