you have never grown plants have you. do you realize a lot of pollinators are annuals. They die after one 1 growth period...tomatos...etc...

Tomatoes weren't around when flowering plants first evolved. Pollinator insects of course have lived long before tomatoes came about.

so millions of years you they waited around for pollinators and died out in 1 year without them have you ever grown ANY plants?

There are multiple methods by which plants can achieve pollination.

The evolution of symbiotic relationships is just an example of evolutionary specialization that occurs when a particular method is selectively advantageous.

If you study evolution, with an open mind, you will likely believe in evolution.

If you study human, animal, and plant anatomy, with an open mind, you will likely believe in creation.
If you open a textbook on evolution, the evidence that supports the ToE is presented. You weigh this evidence and accept or reject it based on the presented evidence. No need for believing there.

Now, why would someone conclude "creation", when studying anatomy with an open mind?

If you take a good hard look at evolution you will see that it cannot supply the answers to where we came from.
Even if you don't take into account first life.
Evolution says that animals evolved because they had to in order to survive.
What I would like explained from Evolutionists is that if an animal did not have what it took to survive in a hostile environment, how did that animal thrive to produce offspring?
It doesn't produce offspring (or at least, much less than fitter animals). That's the whole point.

In the absence of the knowledge of either which conclusion is most likely?

Why would i ignore some knowledge? If, as you stated in the OP, we have to study with an open mind, then we have to study all available knowledge and not just cherry pick what is suitable for a made opinion.

I meant the knowledge of the concepts of creation and evolution. A blank slate so to speak.

Without a knowledge of creation there would be no basis on which to conclude it. It might be possible to conclude that God made it in some way, but that would not rule out evolution.

Well that's exactly what Darwin and Wallace did, before they formulated the ToE there was no ToE, so that was the blank slate. Not only that but a few other scientists had formulated some "evolution-like" theories (Lamarck,Robert Chambers).
Somebody who studies anatomies of animals will notice that animals can be grouped togetehr according some features. The similarities and differences are not random but show a nested hierarchy, which indeed suggests an evolutionary model.

Many if not most aborigines have creation myths. None have evolution myths as far as I know. There's yer blank slate.

Humans of all cultures tend to believe that things that weren't created by humans were created in an analogous way to the way humans create things... that's hardly profound or surprising.

None of the creation myths rule out evolution, but there is only one 'biblical' creation story and it's hard to see how one could arrive at it just by examination of living creatures.

We believe in catastrophism, not uniformitarianism.

Despite what others say, the present is not the key to the past.

Jesus Christ is.

How does one arrive at catastrophism by studying anatomy?

Easy. Apply critical thinking.

Maybe I am just not a very critical thinker, so you best explain: if I know nothing of the Bible, what critical thinking would allow me to conclude creation just by studying anatomy?
