The bone marrow in a man's rib has all the DNA you will ever need to make a women.
Once again science shows that the Bible is true.
God needs DNA to make something? He certainly didn't need it for the first go around.

See? It's fun to play make-believe - nothing is unpossible!

This is completely irrelevant. The fact of the matter is, that so can any other part of the body. In any case, why does God need DNA? Why does God need a rib? Why does God need woman? After all, Adam is supposed to be in God's image, and God is perfect. If Adam were so, he should have been able to self-procreate, and self-amuse.

By all means please demonstrate where in science this is claimed
First of all, the DNA can be found in a tooth that is very well protected with the enamal. They have extracted the DNA from a tooth that was over 10,000 years old and as a publicity stunt they found a modern day decendant of the man. Cells from bone marrow can be turned into just about any cell in the body.

Wiki Stem cells
Main article: Mesenchymal stem cell
The bone marrow stroma contain mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) (also called marrow stromal cells). These cells are multipotent stem cells that can differentiate into a variety of cell types. Cell types that MSCs have been shown to differentiate into in vitro or in vivo include osteoblasts, chondrocytes, myocytes, adipocytes and beta-pancreatic islets cells. MSCs can also transdifferentiate into neuronal cells.

Adam and Eve were historical people that lived 6,000 years ago. Science refers to this as the j1 j2 haplotype. If you do a study of genetic DNA you will begin to see how all of this works out. Adam decended from a common ancestor like the rest of us did. At least that is what Science tells us. Well to be more exact the people over at Jerusalem University in Isreal are doing most all the research on this. There are lots of books that have been written and a lot of information on the internet. In fact Geneology in general is one of the most popular hobbies. The Mormons are esp interested in it. We had a mormon in our family that did a lot of our geneologys for us.

My pet unicorn's horn changes colors when you lie for Jesus.
Now your admiting to me that your a liar? Because you are guilty of what you accuse others of. You do know that all liars will go into the lake of fire? Why would I risk that?

Ok, lol ....I find it to be the pinnacle of irony that some people refuse to believe in God , yet they believe we , who are having a convo online in the year 2011, came from one cell organisms in a " random " universe, that made itself !

1) Prove that they lived 6,000 years ago, rather than 60,000 years ago or more.

2) Prove that they ever met.
3) Prove that the existence of the Adam and Eve haplotypes entails that no humans lived before or contemporarily to these two individuals.

The really funny and ironic thing is that you think that random occurrences do not produce local transient patterns.

Well of course. You cant let go of the idea of being made. you also seem to forget that all complex life starts from a single cell. In humans it only takes 9 months for this cell to turn into a baby.

This does not demonstrate what you claim though. Unless you think that God created a second Adam as a partner for Adam.

Then it would appear you do not know the meaning of the word "irony". Perhaps this will help.

Irony - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And just as an aside, personal incredulity is not a great argument. Especially when used against a straw man as you have made of the theory of universal expansion and evolution. :)

There are some excellent books on evidence from early Christian times. The earliest materials we have on Christianity, from Christians themselves, are within a few decades of the time of Christ's life, death, and resurrection.
In 2,000 years, would you lend the same credibility to the writings of Scientologists in the years during and following L. Ron Hubbard's life? For a fledgling religion, it would have made perfect sense to embellish, twist the truth, or just plain make stuff up.

Islam and Hinduism are not at all equal. The documents about Mohammad or about early Hindu history are separated from the times of the original writers by many centuries, for starters. Also, the quality of the material is far inferior to the quality of the Biblical texts. Neither Islam nor Hinduism claims or provides such evidence as the New Testament provides.
Which evidence is this? As far as I'm aware, none of the supernatural things in the New Testament have any evidence supporting them apart from dubious personal testimony. And the Old Testament is even worse.

You seriously underestimate the nature of our mistakes and the gravity of our sins.
Or God is seriously overestimating them.

To sin is to rebel against the source of all good things, to choose alienation from goodness. To then demand good things and good states of mind, etc., as if it were a right, when we commit treason against the source of all goodness is not reasonable nor an honest emotional reaction.
To demand something other than infinite torture for a finite amount of rebellion is a perfectly mature reaction though. Especially when the acts of rebellion are against commands that seem petty and arbitrary, like having consensual sex with someone, or working on whatever days you want.

We choose to go against our conscience and to be ungrateful. We choose to worship material things, worldly pursuits, and the approval of other human beings, instead of worshiping God. We choose the company of demons instead of the company of God. God is the author of all good things, but we wilfully rebel and choose our own way which is not good -- given the nature of our situation, we cannot expect and demand good things from God.
And why would I worship something I don't believe exists? Are you suggesting that God can be tricked? If he's real, he could surely see that any display of devotion from me would just be hedging my bets, and I wouldn't truly believe in him. Again I ask, are you wilfully rebelling against Allah every time you say the Lord's Prayer, or do you just not believe Allah exists.

God has mercifully extended an offer to have it all forgotten so we can start over, and He did not owe us this offer.
If he created us, it his his responsibility to look after us. He definitely owed us the offer, and a lot more besides.

Good question . personally , I believe in Jesus. If you look at ALL the facts, dates , testamonies given etc. It just all adds up man . Check out Chuck Missler on you tube . He is maybe the smartest man alive , quantum physics master . He is a Christian too . He has some excellent cases for the truth of Jesus. But to me , its quite simple. If he didn't walk on water , heal the blind, lame , leapers, and RISE from the dead , we wouldn't be talking about him. Also the year is 2011 A.D. that means since Christ . He was what he said he was. Once you accept that , and look at things from that point of view , everything makes a lot of sense. It has changed my life big time , for the better : )
This argument could equally be applied to Buddha, Mohammed, Vishnu and even Osiris. People are still talking about and worshipping them. Your religion is nothing special in this respect.

So be it.

Are you invoking the anthropic principle? Because that's just silly. Of course we're going to be fine-tuned to the planet we evolved on. It makes perfect sense evolutionally. If there was no water on earth, life would have evolved differently, somewhere else, or not at all, and there would probably still be creationists saying that the miracle of just happening to live on a world with an atmosphere 80% hydrogen sulphide proved the existence of their god

God spoke directly to my mind,it was somewhat like when you read this, you do not hear anything in your ears yet the words are being clearly communicated to you. Actually I did hear a voice in my mind, there was a sense of presense, not just words, great feeling of love, clarity of understanding, a definate sense that I was communicating with a superior being, there was a great sense of kinship, that does not really seem strange since God is our Creator,it was a little like finding your lost Daddy and realizing that he is the richest man in the world and is there to take care of you.

I hear that voice every single day of my life. However, I am able to recognize that "voice" is my own.

If God has absolved Himself of responsibility for the nasty things that happen, how come He still takes credit for the good? Why does He get to take credit when nice things happen, but is nowhere to be found when nasty things happen? A loved one recovers from a life threatening illness... "glory be to God", an earthquake kills 10,000...silence.

He's either responsible for both or neither. He can't pick and choose.

Just pre-empting the christian response here, you can't say that Satan is responsible for the earthquake, and absolve God of blame. Who created Satan? Who gave him his power? Who allows him access to the human race when he could completely isolate him? The blood would still be on God's hands. It would be like deliberately letting a wolf into a playschool, and then absolving yourself of all responsibility, because it was the wolf who did all the eating, not you.
