I don't have to. You look it up yourself.

However, here is what the FBI Director said:

"But your Honor, I didn't intend to rob the bank, I was just negligent"......give me a break. Like I said this is another example of the well connected individual avoiding responsibility for their actions. If this were a Republican the leftist/progressives would be howling for their head.....I like to think I would too simply because it is right.

If she intended to do it then she could be charged with espionage; if it was negligence it is mishandling. Intent only determines the severity of the charge not whether there is a charge.
Negligence does not excuse you from vehicular homicide it simply lessens the severity of the charge (guess it could up charge if the original charge were lesser).

She did take responsibility. It is not her place to arrest herself....

Your problem (along with all the people who are against Clinton) is that she was not indicted, convicted and sent to prison by republicans investigating her. The anger is misplaced.

She took responsibility? Please tell me what that looks like. Obama says the same thing, but oddly enough neither he nor Hillary seem to have any consequences attached to their "responsibility".

Taking responsibility is taking responsibility. It is what it is.

It is not her place to determine her own consequences. Do you understand that?

Apparently, you want more... I figured as much.

Thank you for telling me what MY problem is.....I will tell you what MY problem is: It is that she did not have to go through the same process that any other Tom, Dick, or Jane would have to go through in order to prove their innocence. MY problem is the preferential treatment shown to the well heeled in spite of the fact that through all of her vast experience and the fact that she is the best prepared to be president than anyone else ever was (least ways that is the skinny) that she was careless and negligent in conducting the nations business. And in spite of that she gets a pass. I am disappointed that the DNC did not give her the boot.....as I would hope the RNC would do to a like candidate. That's what MY problem is.......

It is Tom, Dick and Harry, or just Dick and Jane. Not Tom, Dick and Jane.

Furthermore, she did not have to prove her innocence, it is up to the prosecutor to prove her guilt.... You seem to think it is guilty until proven innocent, which is backwards.

Ask your friends about that.....they will explain it to you....

Under the law if you are not found guilty you are innocent; there is nothing inbetween from a legal perspective.

No need. I have been on this Earth long enough to know the difference. Perhaps you should use google sometimes?
I will explain it to you, just cuz I like you.
Tom, Dick and Jane is a PC way of being inclusive of females.....avoiding sexism....not being male only. I am surprised you have never heard it before.....

I am not politically correct, so I guess that is why I have never heard it.
But I do appreciate the explanation - it makes perfect sense... :)

thank you.
