It comes with the territory. If you have the largest and strongest economy in the world and have an armed services on which you spend more than the next ten countries combined, if you see yourself as a beacon of democratic values (stop sniggering up the back - it's mostly true) then you have what is called a 'responsibility' to your allies and friends.
While I agree we have a responsibility to allies to assist them with various things (depending on what it is) we do not have the responsibility to the whole world.

We aren't imperialist so we are not taking over countries and foisting our democratic values on everyone. We don't have any responsibility to anyone but our allies. Just cause the rest of the world wants to tax themsleves heavily and use that money for their own benefits and not use it for their own defense we have no responsibility to be their defense. They should build their own armies.
Keeping the world safe needs a lot of people doing the right thing and standing shoulder to shoulder against tyranny. And likewise poverty. One of the reasons why so many in the world are hoping that Harris wins. We want the US to be strong for everyone's sake. Not just yours.
Yes it needs a lot of people. But a lot of people aren't doing it. NATO countries didn't start paying their share until Trump.

Poverty? What, now America is responsible for solving the world's poverty problems? How much money is Australia spending on the world's poverty issues?

What possible reason would a Biden , Harris DOJ have for having non-citizens on voter rolls? This is the Kamala low information voters are voting for. DOJ sues Alabama, state's top election official for allegedly purging noncitizen voters too close to election
You read the article, but yet you missed two important items:

"alleging that they had removed voters who had previously been issued noncitizen identification numbers from its election rolls too close to election day." (Federal law prevents broad removals/purges within 90 days of an election.)

"The DOJ also alleged that Allen's removal of voter registration also impacted natural-born citizens who were incorrectly identified as potential noncitizens."

In addition to all of this being in the FoxNews article, you can also find it in the DOJ press release:

Justice Department Sues Alabama for Violating Federal Law’s Prohibition on Systematic Efforts to Remove Voters Within 90 Days of an Election

The Justice Department announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against the State of Alabama and the Alabama Secretary of State to challenge a systematic State program aimed at removing voters from its election rolls too close to the Nov. 5 general election, in violation of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA).

The Justice Department’s review found that both native-born and naturalized U.S. citizens have received letters stating that their voter record has been made inactive and that they have been placed on a path for removal from Alabama’s statewide voter registration list
