For example, the police caught John Kerry's campaign manager and brother Cameron after they broke into a building in the middle of the night. This was Kerry's first Congressional campaign. and the building housed the office of Kerry's campaign opponent. The judge just let the years go by until the statute of limitations ran out.
You are confusing corruption with lack of real evidence. Obviously, Hunter, Kerry's campaign manager and his brother are innocent, and there was not enough evidence to convict.
