Because homosexual acts go against the natural law instituted by God! You don't believe me, ask the Church you claim to be a part of!!! The Catholic Church delcares it to be sinful!!!!
Just because the "Catholic Church" declares it to be sinful, doesn't make it sinful. The Catholic Church also says masturbation is sinful without ONE shred of proof in the Old OR New Testament.

Yet in this very thread you have indicted that the sole purpose of two men or two women would get married/be in a relationship is their “fleshly desires”

I asked you previously why do you limit same sex relations to be only lustful? And you did not answer so I will pose the questions again.

How would you respond to the accusation that the ONLY reason you married was to satisfy your perverted sexual lusts?

I would answer that whether or not I did is not as important as discovering the truth about the purpose of marriage and the laws governing it set forth by God!

Why are you limiting a minority from experiencing the same love you experience?
Because homosexual acts can not bring forth new life, which is a very very big part of SEX!!!!!

This the silliest argument in favor of heterosexuality.

I think most of the times people have sex, it is for unity and pleasure, and NOT for procreation. Ever hear of birth control...you know, condoms, pills? Non procreative means to express sexual love.

Generally, what I understand, is that it's an appeal to the design itself, not a statement that sex is purely reserved for procreation - just that the model is inherent in procreation.

Contraception is also sinful. It is also limiting the sexual act to only the pleasurable aspect and neglecting the procreative aspect...but that is another thread.

Some also make the claim that the only source of truth is the Bible in which there is also no proof in the OT or NT!

I have a question for you...

What IS sin? I do not just want a list of things that are sinful, I would like to know what you believe makes something to be sinful.

Since we're playing this game, there is also nothing to suggest that human beings can just make stuff up and declare it to be God's word, or God's will. Like deciding what is or isn't sin, or what types of people are allowed join Christ's Body.

The NT speaks about fornication, homosexuality is listed in that definition. I'm not criticizing anyone I'm simply stating what I believe to be true according to the scriptures. You are very welcomed to disagree with me.

quote it then.

Not it isn't! Fornication was never referred to as homosexuality. Fornication wasn't even premarital sex! it was prostitution, adultery and incest. That's it!

Fornication
Hebrew: zanah / Greek: porneia

Fornication is voluntary sexual intercourse between a man and woman who are not married to each other. Adultery is one type of fornication.

In every form, fornication was sternly condemned by the Mosaic law among God's people, the Israelites (Lev. 21:9; 19:29; Deut. 22:20-11, 23-29; 23:18; Ex. 22:16). (See ADULTERY.)

Fornication is also mentioned many times in the New Testament (Matt. 5:32; 19:9; John 8:41; Acts 15:20, 29; 21:25; Rom. 1:29; 1 Cor 5:1, 6:13, 18, 7:2; 10:8; 2 Cor 12:21; Gal 5:19; Eph 5:3; Col 3:5; 1 Thess. 4:3; Jude 1:7; Rev. 2:14, 20-21; 9:21; 14:8; 17:2,4).

"The Greek word for 'fornication' (porneia) could include any sexual sin committed after the betrothal contract. ...In Biblical usage, 'fornication' can mean any sexual congress outside monogamous marriage. It thus includes not only premarital sex, but also adultery, homosexual acts, incest, remarriage after un-Biblical divorce, and sexual acts with animals, all of which are explicitly forbidden in the law as given through Moses (Leviticus 20:10-21). Christ expanded the prohibition against adultery to include even sexual lusting (Matthew 5:28)." (Dr. Henry M. Morris)

The word "fornication" is sometimes used in a symbolic sense in the Bible, for example, meaning a forsaking of God or a following after idols (Isa. 1:2; Jer. 2:20; Ezek. 16; Hos. 1:2; 2:1-5; Jer. 3:8-9).

Ah, the Gospel according to Henry M Morris... that is personal commentary to arrive at those conclusions. It does not stand as fact.

The definition of the word fornication used in the NT according to Strong's includes the act of homosexuality. Man I don't create the news, I just report it, the way I see it.

Like I said this is another thread, but the CC doesn't just make things up. They are guided by the Holy Spirit to uphold truth. The Church was given authority by Christ to "bind and loose".
That is all I am going to say about it here...there are other threads that discuss this issue if you are interested.

Again, the definition of fornication did not encompass that word at the time. Premarital sex WASN'T even fornication at the time (I'm not arguing premarital sex is OK though, I don't believe it is, there are verses from Paul to the Corinthians that seem to make it clear that it's wrong).

Something is sinful if it is specifically mentioned in the Bible...taken in proper historical context for a law that we would apply to today.

the NT doesnt say anything about homosexuality but yet you claim the bible is against it. If you arnt going to follow all the bible dont critisise others when they dont.
Yes it does say something about Homosexuality.. Paul said those whom practice this will not inherit the Kingdom of God..

you all can argue against it all you want to. you can say Paul was just a man or you can say this or that.. But remember one day we will all have to answer for how we correctly divide the word of truth and for all our actions. So while here on earth you have freedom to choose. One day that freedom to chose will be gone..

No he did not say that. The Scholars are unsure what that word means...it translates out as "sexual pervert" in Timothy. Biased translations have meant it to mean that. The most convincing argument for 1 Cor 6:9 (the chapter you mention) is that it is referring to Catamites (boy prostitutes as extra marital slaves).

That was written to the unsaved because we have this verse:

1 Cor 6:11--
And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Argue all you want to about this.. For me I would rather err on the side of truth than not.. For one day all this earth and pleasures that we know will have passed and then will Stand Jesus the Word of God.. So it isn't really me that you have to convince that this type of lifestyle is not sin.. It is the one for whom all things were created by in the beginning. Now if you can convince Him this is not sin. Then that is when I will believe that this life style is not sin. Until then I will err on the side of the written word of God..
