[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: "Awesome like you Drake, look at those Glow-Moles go," he nods agreeing. Gets off the back of Drake preparing himself for the journey down under. Before going, he says, "Follow behind us but not too close, don't want to be flatten," with a smile at the end. Then Luster following Coleton, jumps down the mole-hole to where ever it leads, waiting for them to get ahead finally Drake himself dives into it.

IC: A Glow-Mole pops up from deep underground and signals to the other Glow-Moles and then the Glow-Moles keep digging until they start digging upward continuously and eventually pokes out a hole to the surface, and the other Glow-Moles follow and do the same, then start rounding out the previous hole, until all Luster and Coleton had to do was Jump, and the hole was big enough for Drake to fly upwards.

"There's our exit!" said Coleton. And he proceeds to jump upwards and out to the surface.

"WOW!" said Coleton as he looked upon the grassy plains. It was filled with flowers that shined a bright white light, reflecting the stars. "This is beautiful."

Luster: Following along he notices the downward tunnel starts going upward. He immediately tries slowing himself down before landing below. Though it helped his landing, it was none the less rough and bumpy. Fearing Drake would land on him, immediately he looks upward preparing himself to continue through the tunnel. He jumps up with arms and legs spread to climb, "Whoa--don't fall," said as he caught himself on the tunnel walls.

Once he was positioned, began climbing upward to the surface quickly knowing Drake wasn't far behind. Eventually he seen light up ahead, all the more motivated he eagerly climbed to the surface. There was Coleton waiting for him, he says "We're back!" and hugs him tightly until a large swooping sound came around as Drake exited the tunnel into the sky and landed beside them.

IC: "We made it." Says Coleton as he dances under the starry sky, "What do we do now, we could keep moving or take a rest if we need to. What do you want to do Luster?"

OOC: After everything, the three have been through, maybe they should rest for awhile. There in the Star Flower Meadow.

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

OOC: Sounds like a plan to me. Especially with such a name as "Star Flower Meadow", sounds relaxing and open for enjoyment with it being sunny and a breeze.

Luster: Turns facing Coleton, before speaking for a moment he looks noticing the surrounding beauty, then says "Scary yet exciting journey below, but now it'd be nice to rest here." A gentle purring and a low roar, Drake signals his approval with a tired and relieved look after the intense battle. Smile appears on his face, says "Guess that's it!" Continuing to smile closes his eyes, breathes deeply as he feels the warmth of the bright stars and cooling of the breeze. A combination soothing as the warmth above shines on his face, the cooling breeze around blows on his body; in the moment he says, "What a world we have for a home," opens his arms wide and falls backwards on the grassy meadows. Soon on the spot he fell asleep.

IC: Seeing Luster sleep so peacefully made Coleton decide to relax too, he found a spot in the flowery meadow in a grassy area and laid down not that far off from Luster and Drake, and he closed his eyes but knowing he couldn't sleep he daydreamed with his eyes closed.

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: While asleep he began to dream: running happily through the meadow of grass to his waist, laughing wide-eyed enjoying the yellow-lit star flowers bursting rays. Suddenly afar a rustle of the grass, immediately looks in that direction and seconds later a buzzing filled the silence; he at that moment felt anxious, then rising up an orb of light.

As it neared moving toward him, it took form as a single line having an arrow and shoots straight above his head; instinctively he looks up and turns following it's path with his eyes, sees it momentarily go low cutting through the field then rising again in the distant view to high mountainous terrain.

Before losing sight of the orb as he stared into the distance, he awoke, not anxiously but curiously. Thinking aloud "Mountains--", looks up and around ahead, until he remembered, quickly turned looking behind and pointing straight ahead saying "THERE!"

IC: Coleton quickly arose at the sound of Luster's voice. "There? Where? What are you talking about Luster?"

OOC: I'm interested, I wonder what's going to happen next.

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: Very animatedly he turns, swinging of his arms and moving of his feet; he paces quickly several times trying to find the words, then stops half facing Coleton and other pointing as he says "THERE! That's where it gone--the light is at the mountains." A moment of silence as he turns his head to face the mountains, wide-eyed starring ahead and a whisper under his breath "Dream had a ball of light, it wants us there." Immediately after he spoke returns facing Coleton, this moment his body swung around and goes forward grabbing both shoulders of Coleton. Soon it came to mind how crazy he seemed, eventually says "I had a dream and a living light wants us to follow"

OOC: Me too, I don't have any planned ideas. We'll both have to wait in suspense.

IC: "Well then, let's go to the mountains! Whatever it is it might be cool! Lead the way Luster!"

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: "Let's--", his body aches with vibrating pain. Not nearly as painful when he had first felt growing pains, more like his body crying in hunger. It's been a long period since he absorbing energy from the fruit created at Mega Star Crater. His eyes slightly squeezed shut, arms wrapped across and around his body; having a distressful look head to toe says, "Any fruit--what about around here?" Though it had bothered him how he could easily take the life by touch, naturally he knows his life depends on other life.

Before Coleton could respond with an answer, Drake immediately took to the sky scouring the meadow. Soon after his departure, sight of him fading in the distance and even so near along the direction of the mountainous region ahead. Quickly has he left, Drake returned above roaring for them to follow. Coping with the hunger pains, Luster struggles but opens his eyes and looks up to Drake loudly saying "--FIND SOM-ETHING?" There was a signaling roar and turn of the head as his body shifted flying away, Luster immediately reacts to follow and hunched in pain does a short wave of his arm for Coleton to come.

OOC: Sorry for taking so long, I didn't get an email telling me there was a response to the forum like I usually do.

IC: "Luster, here!" Coleton holds out his hand, in it is the Blue Gem, earlier of which he had broken off a fragment of, "You can eat this, right? Maybe you'll feel better!"

OOC: Not a problem, there was a forum glitch affecting email notifications and posting privileges. Regardless don't feel forced to post before your ready. I don't expect either of us to post every day when we have other things to handle in our lives. Sometimes even a whole week could be busy and I waited for Friday/weekend, that's life.

Luster: Fearing what affect the Blue Gem would have on him, hesitates, then says "I--hope." It was said in hunger and pain, but also in hope to believe what brought life to him will again. He felt the need to seek the mystery of the Mega Star, all that was created and caused by it's presence on Home.

So the hunched Luster painfully facing his fear slowly reaches for the Blue Gem. Soon as his hand neared it glowed brightly, the blue strangely as if reaching in return was slightly lifting from the gem. When his hand finally grasped it, the Blue Gem began to dim but Luster's skin turned a light blue; pain ceased in his body and stood tall with his eyes opened.

His words following with gained insight, "What has come of life is the giver of life, no fear is kept in hope!" As the blue had faded from the gem, so too had the color from him; returning to normal. Except the renewed Luster was changed though unrecognizable to the eye. So he smiled looking to Coleton saying "I feel much better," remembering Drake it dawns on him " We must go!" and quickly runs toward the mountainous region.

OOC: Seeing the renewed look on Luster's Face, and watching him run toward the mountains, made Coleton follow without a single second to spare, and as he caught up to Luster, Coleton kept running along side him, until he saw the mountains over the horizon, and spoke.

IC: "Luster, I can see flowers! And Water! It's a Lake surrounded by Moon Flowers!"

OOC: At the sight of this wonder, Coleton went ahead and waited by the Lake of the Moon Flower Oasis.

IC: "This is Amazing!"

OOC: Hey, I'm back for Good. Sorry for the wait.

OOC: Surprisingly moon flowers exist in real life. The flowers supposedly only bloom at night, also beautifully white having large petals. Google's images show some shaped circular like the moon or heart shaped.

Luster: Same as Coleton is caught in awe of the surroundings. There sitting at the feet of the mountains some distance away is a body of water. Springing from it was glorious flowers standing tall and broad from stem to petals. Some are shaped like a vine hanging straight down from a full moon, else like hearts stringed around and down. After reaching the oasis not far behind Coleton and soaking in the view, he said, "Never expected this wonder, it is amazing. What other life could be near the mountain, uh--Drake?"

OOC: Seeing the water and looking more closely, Coleton noticed that the water sparkled under the right light, so he walked towards the lake, and went into the water, and swam to the bottom of the lake, and when he came back up, he held a Red Gem the size of his hand up high, and spoke aloud.

IC: "Luster, Luster! I found something! See? There's a bunch more like this too, all kinds of different colors!"

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: Looks at the Red Gem sparkling with color reflecting all around in the light. "Like a huge red flower showing its glory, wonderful sight!," he said before turning to the lake; sees a showering of colors sparkling and reflecting creating the appearance of a rainbow, lightly lit with color but obvious to the eye. It came to mind questioning how all those Gems were put there, why the different colors, also whether the Gems had any role in the life of the oasis. Returns facing Coleton soon after, saying, "Belongs to the lake and the flowers, should it be put back?"

OOC: Role-playing is joyful but difficult. Definitely requires a creative mind, I have some vague ideas that hopefully flesh itself out as we continue. Don't need to spoil what you have in mind, but you have any ideas prepared for the future?

OOC: The Gems here are like the Natural Resources of the World, each color does something different, and each size more of it. e.g. A Large Gem will last longer than a pebble sized one.

Eventually these Gems will power technology among other things. There's even a Translucent Gem that can story memories like a History book.

IC: "Probably safer if I put it back, I guess we have no use for it right now, and there are tons more, so we can always come back later if you get hungry." Looks to Luster, and thinks aloud, "Maybe we should make a home somewhere like this, somewhere we can always go back to. Wait how will we find this place again?"

 

[Brotherly Spirit]

Luster: Before a thought could enter his mind, a loud "BAA" from direction of the mountain was heard. Immediately Luster's whole body shifted to see what it was, a Bighorn Sheep stood proud before them. It's horns grown with a large spiral up and out, down and up again; prolonged from the top of head to out slightly pass the chin. "BAA" said the Bighorn Sheep, then he walks toward them and again "BAA"; it was a slow but steady move pass them to the lake. Excited with amazement Luster wide-faced by the mere sight of the Bighorn Sheep sipping water, says "Look Coleton! It's a cold spot for wild life here, if we're ever lost you think he could be followed back?"

OOC: Great Idea!

IC: "Yeah, that could definitely work. If your ready we can climb the mountain, but we'd need to swim across the lake to get there. What should we do next?"
