hiya ppl.im alyssa.sum of u might have met me.thats not the point though.i think i might have a problem.every time i eat it will come bk up cause my stomach hurts after a while.after about 3-5 mins.normally i wont eat but when i do i just cant keep it down.it hurts 2 much.i did it 2day @ school(it came bk up)& sum caught me on accident.it hurt so bad though.im trying 2 keep it down & i have about once or twice but thats about it.2day i had poptarts & a few mini meatloafs & it hurt.a few days ago i had a bowl of cereal 7 i couldnt even keep THAT down.what do yall think i should do?im just curious.thanx 4 yalls help.

alyssa... sweetheart, tell school counselor, doctor or family, or pastor. ok. if you have to write it in a letter, or get a friend to help you, whatever it takes. get help. don't think you can wait or handle it yourself. It sounds like its an involuntary medical problem. I don't know you so I wouldn't know if you have prior experience of an eating disorder, but if you haven't and you aren't mentally or physically trying to keep your food from being digested, you need to go see a doctor and see if he/she can't fix it.

Oh on the other hand though, if you do have an eating disorder or are trying to throw up your food, you need to go see someone as well, because it can cause huge damage, not only due to lack of nourishment, but physical damage that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Not pleasant stuff.

this has been happening since 7th grade last year.i wouldnt eat @ all....i thought i was fat...this year(8th grade) its the same but now im making it come up also cause it hurts my stomach 2 much.i managed 2 keep sum stuff down yesterday tough.so i wont eat but the time that i do,it doesnt stay down.it hurts WAY 2 much.i started this(not keeping food down) about 2 weeks ago now & its like a natural habit.

ED stands for eating disorder. please tell someone that can help you get help and problem solve. ok? talking online is good too. but it is nice to have support from peeps in your life that hug and help with encouraging words.
