I didn't even imply that it is harmless just is it contagious? We wouldn't have an obesity problem if it was harmless.
Yes, good point.47 Bible Verses About Helping Others: 7 Scriptural Themes for Generosity

Matthew 10:8: “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.”
there are immunocompromised individuals who can't get the vaccine & children are not able to get vaccine yet
we ALL can get vaccinated to care for the weak & save lives

Just saw it. Yikes! Reminds me of something that happened to me eons ago when I honked at a guy who unexpectedly pulled out in front of me as he was leaving parking lot just as I was approaching him. Fortunately, he got over it much sooner, but not before going out of his way to re-enter the parking lot just to hurl obscenities at me as I was exiting it...My mother suggested this and I thought of your comment.

Why wouldn't it be?Did you know that in spite of everything, the flu vaccine is still recommended?
Ah, but many people are convinced to get vaccinated because someone they admire and trust tells them they should. This may be a family member especially a family or friend in the medical field, an entertainment person or athlete, and especially their pastor, etc.If this is your baby that's great. But you can't tell anyone it has to be theirs. No one has that authority. You can't make anyone think or feel the way you want because you said so.
Association of American Physicians and Surgeons - WikipediaI suppose ones view on the topic influences how Christianity is applied to your proposal. Here is why I oppose what you are suggesting:

If only 1,800 people got flu last year out of 331 million, why get the flu vaccine? Specially considering that many who get the vaccine show symptoms of flu FROM the vaccine, and only .015% who actually get the flu die from it. Seems more likely to have a fatal accident on the way to the vaccine, than to die from the flu.Why wouldn't it be?

since 50% of people above their normal weight don't perceive themselves to be overweight, this problem is NOT going away and it's totally unrelated to topic of thread
however, if the conspiracy theory people & anti-vax people would STOP spreading false info....
we could stop this pandemic by bringing vaccine rate to herd immunity
I can't believe so many Christians don't care enough to get vaccine & help out to increase to herd immunity
it's upsetting to hear about children dying OR children losing both parents to covid
