In this one: Psalms 86:1, 12 A Prayer of David. ... I give thanks to thee, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify thy name for ever.

It appears so.

Communion with Jesus Christ.

Since holy scripture explicitly tells everybody that God wants everybody to be saved isn't the question in the thread's title answered by holy scripture?

Consider these words: (1 Timothy 2:3, 4) This is good and acceptable in the sight of our Saviour, God, whose will is that all people should be saved and come to know the truth.

What's the reference?

Look at the quote above. The passage is 1 Timothy 2:3, 4.

Look at the quote above. The passage is 1 Timothy 2:3, 4.

1 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,
2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.
3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,
4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
1 Timothy 2:1-4

I agree with Paul that God wants all types of people be saved.

Saint Paul didn't add the word in bold red type in your post. Saint Paul just said "[God] who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth". I like it the way saint Paul wrote it.

In the context of the passage, the definition of "all" is best understood as "all types". So Paul didn't need to add "types" because it would be redundant to say so.

The context is offering prayers for all men, pagan governors, the Roman emperor, all men. That's why saint Paul wrote it the way he did.

The emperor was one man, governors are a class (a type). But the passage says all men and it means all men (and women, using as it does the masculine as inclusive of both sexes).

Okay. In what way does Christ mediate between God and the unregenerate? And if He's a ransom for all, why would there be anyone in hell?

God became a man so that men can share in the divine nature; God's action was for mankind. It is an error to teach that it was for all types of men but not for mankind. Thus the Lord Jesus Christ became "a man, Christ Jesus" to mediate for all mankind because there is one God and one mediator between men and God, a man himself, our Lord Jesus Christ.

The passage says this:
(1 Timothy 2:1-7) 2 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be made concerning all men, 2 concerning kings and all those who are in high positions, so that we may go on leading a calm and quiet life with complete godly devotion and sobriety. 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of our Saviour, God, 4 whose will is that all men should be saved and come to know the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, a man, Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself a ransom for all - this is what is testified to at the right time. 7 For this purpose I was appointed a preacher and an apostle - I am telling the truth, I am not lying - a teacher of nations in faith and truth.
Thus Christ mediates for all men, and all are ransomed by him as the scripture says.

  2. And if He's a ransom for all, why would there be anyone in hell?

John chapter three tells us why people refuse to come to the light. It is because their deeds are wicked. The reason why people receive eternal punishment in hell is that they refuse to come to the light. Jesus said it this way:
(John 3:19-21) 19 Now this is the basis for judgment: that the light has come into the world, but men loved the darkness rather than the light, for their works were wicked. 20 For whoever does evil things hates the light and does not come to the light, so that his works may not be reproved. 21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that his works may be made manifest as having been done in harmony with God.”
The other question in your post was answered in my last message before this one.

The first verse you quote says God wants everyone to repent, this is true. He wants all men saved.
Few accept....

The second verse you quote is about the BEAST of Revelation 13

Two separates.

The word of GOd goes to all men.

Yor next problem is your reading NIV.
Throw it away and get a real bible.

The pure version is KJV...
