After several days of hearty discussions its refreshing to return to stillness and the lightness it brings. I discovered a melodic angel before retiring. Her voice is exquisite and my repose was like a lullaby. I awoke refreshed and soothed in heart and mind.

As I prepared a cup of coffee and strawberry crepe, I was nourished by the song playing in the background. I glimpsed the sun shining brightly. Painting the walls with tiny shadows.

And I thought to myself; this is heaven. This moment of simplicity. Nothing…yet everything. And I am full.
