By the release of Mr. Trump's tax returns. Except the IRS cannot simply release that information.

Oh wait ... wrong return.

The Trump admin is the great opportunity to finally roll back the size and scope of government. We need to use this opportunity to at least streamline these department, cut out the overhead and consolidate functions.

Good Government Solution: Get Rid of Whole Departments

On Dec. 15, with just two months left in his term, President Barack Obama made several appointments to key administration posts, including two individuals to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Both of these appointments are for a six-year term, and both will create challenges for incoming President Donald Trump if he wants to fix some civil rights problems in this country.

So what’s the solution to these types of intractable problems? Simple. Get rid of whole departments. Just dissolve them.​

Does Trump want to fix some civil rights problems in this country? I hadn't heard that. Which ones?
