Nope. Seperate group of people. Not the Ephesians as it says in 1:13 "In Him you also." Paul is speaking of the Apostles in 1:3-12.

I see now why you have problems Ephesians 1:1 plainly states To the saints (a saint is anyone who has believed).
Where you get apostles from is beyond me.
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God,
To the saints who are in Ephesus, and faithful in Christ Jesus:
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Verse 13 is saying after the Ephesians believed they also trusted in the sealing of The Holy Spirit and that they will receive an inheritance. The sealing of The Holy Spirit is the believers guarantee from God.
