If "gender" has no physical component, then why do people feel the need to mutilate children's bodies, or their own, to fit their "choice" of "genders"? Any if "gender" is a matter of choice and only meaningful in a social context, then why should we make a differentiation between different "genders" at all? Girls on a Boy's football team? Sure, that's just gender, a matter of choice. Males on a Female's football team? No, because that's about physical differences, not a "choice" or an "orientation".

It's all a linguistic shell game. "Gender" means sex when it's about the "need" to castrate little boys who want to play with dolls or do breast removals on young girls who want to shoot guns and ride motorcycles. It also means sex when creepy John (now Joan) puts on a wig so "she" can use the women's showers. The "thousands of genders" idiocy only kicks in when someone wants to be ever so trendy with custom pronouns (speaking of which, does it really matter what people call you in the 3rd person? But FTR, my chosen pronoun is jundosanim, and no, I didn't make that up.) or is actually mentally disturned.

Father is male.

God is metaphorically Father because he/she is creator. God has no gender in reality only gramatically speaking.

Why is this even being discussed? Genesis 1:27 says, "God created humankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them".

In the image of God He created them, male and female he created them. Clearly, both genders are created in the image of the Creator.

Does your soul have a gender? Does it have a race? A sexual orientation? If it doesn't, then why do you care what others choose? I'm pretty sure Jesus cares about our soul's identity.

This sounds very Gnostic. The idea that we can be entirely detached from our physicality and seek a purely spiritual existence has been discussed and dealt with time and again within Christianity. Namely because it does away with incarnational theology and and if the body didn't matter, if our bodies do not matter in the end, why will we be raised from the dead? Why was Jesus raised from the dead?

So regardless of what the soul is like it doesn't change our physical identity. God in fact still seemed to think there were significant differences between both sexes so as to warrant each sex being treated according to their sex in both Old and New Testament.

G-d has no need for sex therefore he has no need to be male or female. He/She create us to explore and learn in this world so that we will be worthy to be with G-d in the non-earthly-Kingdom which is a continuation of G-d-Kingdom here and now. The fact that there are as shown in life experiences and biology's of some people to be a gender spectrum exists because G-d wants us to learn that we live in a non-binary world that need understanding and compassion, flexibility not rigidity. G-d creates outside our rules. Revelation is in the sciences not just scripture, else why give us analytical minds. Revalation in scripture is limited by the understanding of the writers. IE. G-d does not stop revealing. Hence why we now understand more about our world. He works through us all. Human beings whether they know it or not is finding new discoveries about G-d's world in some way or another.
