I will repeat some of my posts because you have obviously ignored them.
Your post 80 shows misapplication after misapplication and an appalling lack of contextual biblical cohesiveness but if you would rather believe that then I am deeply concerned for you as in my opinion you come across like a man lost in his own philosophical reasoning desperately searching for a reason to justify tossing out the 5th commandment and becoming hopelessly confused trying..
I hope you understand my last column is not personal, just an obvious observational fact

You have said nothing that has made me want to change my mind about the Sabbath, or any other commandment for that matter I will mind that day of the Lord in my own home.

Rom 3: 31. “Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.”
That is the ten commandments not nine according to your strange teaching.

I stand by what I said here. You are hopelessly confused between Mosaic law, which was taken away at the cross, and the law of God, the ten commandments, they will stand firm according to Matt 5: 17 – 19 and Rom 3: 31 until God, decides otherwise but certainly not when you decide.

He indicated the Mosaic law by joining Acts 14 with Lev 23: and Col 2: 16 giving convincing proof to me contextually that Paul was speaking of the High Sabbaths and definitely not about the weekly Sabbath because we are to establish the law of God the ten commandments which are not the law of Moses which you are definitely confused between because Paul mentioned the new moon which governs those Sabbaths and a whole lot about food.

OK so you choose to ignore that fact then you haven’t all the facts and as prophecycountdown clearly demonstrated you can’t be properly informing me or anybody else as a teacher.

The way you read the Bible you have Paul contradicting himself all over the place and at least prophecycountdown knew better than to do that to meticulous man like Saint Paul. Shame on you.

His works were finished, as Hebrews 4 says, but not yet in physical reality "come", before Jesus came to complete it for whosoever will enter in and be made whole/perfect/complete in Christ's finished works.

Acts 15 places no Gentile under Moses: Moses gave the seventh day work stoppage, the "Sabbath" to Israel, the namesake people, as a sign for only them, the namesake people, to keep as a living oracle of the eternal Sabbath which was "finished from the foundation of the world" , in that the "Lamb was slain from the Foundation of the World" and He, alone, is our "Peace", our Eternal Sabbath Rest when we enter into His Sabbath which Hebrews 4 shows, and cease our own vain works and do the works of righteousness planned for us to walk in from the beginning of the world.

The Levites -the priesthood in Israel serving as "firstborn" [an oracle of the Firstborn of earth who was to come]- profaned every seventh day Sabbath, and were blameless, for they did the works of righteousness as a sign or oracle, of the greater Sabbath which the seventh day was only an oracle of.

If you have not entered into His Kingdom by the second birth in Spirit then you are not in His Eternal Rest/Sabbath of His finished works.
If you have been born again in Spirit, then you are in His eternal Sabbath, and to try to come to Him by any works of your own is breaking His Eternal Sabbath, and the penalty for that is eternal death, which Moses died for as a sign in his physical body, as a living prophet, for He struck the Rock which represented Christ twice, and died for it.
Christ is struck once for our Peace/Sabbath Rest, and if we fall away, we return with words, for we cannot strick Christ Twice. The work is finished, and we cannot add to it and the seventh day oracle is not anything for Gentiles to keep to please God by.

Foods or days do not commend us to God, only the Blood of Reconciliation/Atonement can bring us near to God and into the Holy of Holies, as sons of God adopted and redressed in garments of Salvation, in His Only Begotten Son's Name.

WOW! I have never seen this said any better! Thanks for bringing up the Jerusalem Conference, where the earth church debated on this very subject: what O.T. laws would the Gentile church be required to follow. The answer was, NONE! Hallelujah! The Law was nailed to His cross for us! When Jesus said, "it is finished," He was referring to the Law! Finally, a man had fulfilled the law, and indeed, heaven and earth had not yet passed away, and not one jot or period had been removed from that law, when Jesus said, "it is finished!" From that moment on, salvation would come through faith in the shed blood of the Christ! Indeed, it is a BETTER covenant! Hallelujah!

if we just take a look at the secular side of the world's condition in the very near future......and aside from global warming...the abililty to obtain fresh water and for humanity to feed itself is going to a major undertaking....lest famines...bird flu and whatever pestilence arises and affects our food source......

the nations of Ezekiel 38 & 39 have aligned.....bring out the ten toes of Daniel...and it's set........

Global warming? A warmer planet means more lush vegetation. Precisely why should I worry about this?

Bird flu? Not gonna happen. Go to bed and sleep well.

I have just had a thought which I am pursuing in Scripture about Israel, the descendents of Jacob as the nation which is the "namesake" people- entering into the Eternal Sabbath Rest of His regeneration of the heavens and the earth of the which they were the keepers of the oracles of, which entry will not come for the namesake nation until the end of the millennial reign, but which begins in each person who is born again in Spirit, who has the promise of that regeneration of body -to come.

On the bodies of regeneration [which bodies are the end goal of all Believers in Jesus Christ] the "last called" will be "first to enter in" to that regeneration which comes before the thousand years of the last thousand years of earth's one week of one thousand year days each, ends.
Israel, the namesake people as the nation first called, will wander in the wilderness "4,000" years [40 days in Midrash] from the time they were led out of Egypt.
For their unbelief they did not enter in at that time into the greater Sabbath Rest which the seventh day oracles, which day is entered into by new birth in Spirit, while still in the Adam flesh bodies, but in the end by new birth in body.

God's story is one intricate "Midrash", and in Midrash one pursues by "thrashing" to get to the grain of the story, and in thrashing out the eternal Sabbath promised from the beginning of the world by the Lamb's Slaying -which slaying was a "finished Work from the beginning", but in fact of physical happening not done until the fulness of times was come, which was not entered into by the namesake nation at the time of that acceptable "year of the LORD" as they did not enter at Sinai, but is entered into by each person born again in Christ whether they be Jew or Gentile; and I see a pattern in the living oracles about the time of the nation of Israel's entry into that eternal Rest, which completes and fulfills the entire body of the law of Moses in them; and that time is after the spiritual "forty years" of wilderness wandering of four thousand year days -though God feeds them and cares for them and is with them, and disciplines, and teaches them; yet they -as the namesake people- have not entered in and will not enter into the Greater Sabbath Rest which ends for them the keeping of the oracle of the seventh day.


We are now about 3,000 years after the deliverance from Egypt and their failure to enter in and the beginning of their 4,000 years of spiritual wandering before the final entry into the promised heavenly land -which is when the regenertion of body comes for the first called, and the heavens and the earth are regenerated; and Ierael, who was formed to "establish the heavens" completes it's mission.
The Millennial reign is the last "year" of that wandering in the wilderness, in which the LORD will be with them as He was in the wilderness, bringing them into that eternal Sabbath of regeneration which ends and completes the oracles commited only to the Jews.
