in erwins announcement of the changes, he threw out the creeds, and instead allows for anything, any belief to be called christian...

f. No more restriction of faith icons - who are we to tell you who you are or what you believe in? In fact, no other restrictions - if you want to call yourself married, go ahead. It is between you and God, not you and CF.
g. Related to the above, if you believe you are a Christian, you are. No more reliance on our own definition of what we think is a Christian. In the end, who are we to judge.
Last spring I determined that 37% of the members of the Spirit-Filled Congregation forum were Nestorians. The Rule was not enforced.
Instead, at the prompting of members such as Nadiine (I have the report threads and the PMs), members who disagreed with her were subject to inquisitions run by theological incompetents.
C'mon! We had a Judaizer as the Site Chaplain! Let's not pretend there was anything like consistent enforcement of any sort of rule against heresy. The only orthodoxy that was enforced was a sort of hybrid American evangelicalism tempered by a defensive Conservative Catholicism.
Old CF was far from sweetness and light and kitties and ponies. It was a theological shooting gallery. Am I the only one who remembers the "Historical Protestant" controversy? Am I the only one who remembers the MJ forum meltdown? Am I the only one who remembers the trolling that went on the night Pope John Paul II died?
I feel like I've been taking crazy pills!
