Scarcity hunger and dearth are the same thing, its not like that would separate you from the love of God in Christ though.

You know what though I refuse to buy a tent, If I had to live anywhere I would rather live in my car if I had to, because if I had to get down into a tent I couldnt get back up

And I hate bugs (and so I probably couldnt sleep if I could get up)
There would be divers of famines now as there was in the times Jesus had spoken of, even as there was in the days of Elijah, as far back as the time of Joseph. It doesnt seem like there is anything new under the sun in that sense of things.

True..but ive always pitched a tent camping. I cant pitch a car. I dont know..sleeping in my car doesnt appeal.
Well, now Ive got two tents two person tents as one was on special and we cant all fit in my car, so if you were camping with me, you could sleep in the car and I'll just go in the tent. Just dont drive off with it.

You "park" a car and "pitch" a tent
I would be good in a car, just let the seat fall back and I am "good to go". Nice cushioned chair (no misquito's, chiggers and whatever else is out there). An overhead light and a radio and a view of the stars through the sunroof (cant forget that).
Why would I drive off with your car? LOL
I would bring my own car.
Although mine is like 16 years old. You could bring your car then (and maybe I might think about driving off with it then)

Mine just doesnt have a sun roof. The seats can fold down. Maybe next time. I'll just store all the food and backpacks in the tent, and sleep in the car. Its waterproof too.

Yeah, a car will be less likely to leak (unlike a tent).
Your car can be used for more then just shelter (where no bug spray is required)
And no need to clutter the car with too much cooking gear either. When the sun arises and you awake (from your bugfree rest) and to start your day birdwatching (or whatever you do) utilize your car to heat up some water (for some of that free dandelion tea or coffee) or for that warmer sponge bath you be needing.
Then enjoy yourself a late breakfast (around noonish) when the sun is at its highest when you can fry some bird eggs on the hood of the car while you bake some cookies on your dash for a mid day snack.

Heres a good idea
Have the air pump in the trunk an inflatable mattress and use your inflatable water stores behind the seats to both steady and extend your sleeping space, if you must lay flat for the most part. Then fold it all up in the morn.
Just use your tent to store your junk
Let the misquitos have your stuff.
Okay I seriously need to get out of here now

I have a pump though as i used if for a lilo and those floaty rings to go in a pool. But i dont have them anymore, i think they go punctured.
I could just sleep on a bale of hay. I heard in Germany they have these special hotels where city folk pay to sleep in a barn! Lol.

My friend Rose built a new barn (and since her house on a hundred acres is paid off) I told her I might have to crash at her house (that I would take the barn). I love barns, I used to live in a converted barn in PA when I was teen.
Hay is perfect actually, you can get a bed sack and fill it with that.
You bring up the reason I wouldnt buy one, everything you buy these days dont work for too long, and it would likely get punctured. I ran into that problem looking for one of those garden sprayers, the cheap plastic ones give out
It would be cool if you could get something like this
Its pricier then the plastic ones, but would seem to last (given the materials) and what it is built for (but just to use it for something far lesser then it was intended (as water sprayer) and for a multiple of uses. But also as an air pump, if being able to change out (or alternatate) the hoses was built into the design. The other plastic ones are breaking after a few uses, but I find that with everything though, and I have to sit and think on a purchase long and hard, because you buy something and it falls apart.

Hay is also good for storing potatoes. Put them in a large clay pot and cover them with hay. Then they can start growing again and youll have more potatoes if you put them outside.
