The Bible is as shallow or deep as needed~~but people change, and that's when the discussions can change. It's just that new people come in and the old topics get resurrected, and the cycle seems to just spin in circles. It wasn't so long ago I was the new guy.

i drank two glasses of pearl tea tonight.
tea has caffeine.
i should not drink it at night.
we had a bunch of the high school girls from our church over at my house for dinner tonight and then all went to the prayer meeting together.
we had lebonese hamburgers - a sister from another state is visiting and staying with us and she is from lebanon and made them and they were really good, and we also had chicken curry and salad and rice and pearl milk tea and cookies.
i think it was good to bring the high school girls to the prayer meeting.
most of them have never gone to the prayer meeting so this was a new experience for them.

Who won? I'd imagine is was Wimbledon... they used to be Premiership, didn't they? Or are they still?

Am annoyed this evening. Been discussing Obama with an American fella - he hates Christians, so that's probably a part of it - and he point blank refuses to acknowledge Obama's position on partial birth abortion. It's frustrating when people are dishonest in debates cos it's like, what are they trying to achieve? What's the purpose of talking if there's gonna be a lot of double-speak and denial of fact?

Don't sweat it, it's more debilitating to have to read our diatribe in the fundy/conservative areas for them to be intimidating (as we know from continual posts that keep being injected to rebutt things)

I remember being in other forums reading alot of those liberalistic & false doctrinal posts & just feeling ill & frustrated - it has to be irritating to read all this stuff from us lol
That makes me smile - I won't go to their havens & read all the crap & get myself worked up over it, it isn't worth it becuz you won't ever change their minds. (Only God can if it will ever happen at all).

be proud I am sure that you help a great many people - how many others can say they do that?

I didn't know we did school reunions in this country, I thought it was an American thing... I doubt I'd go to mine anyway - I didn't even go to the leavers "prom" type thing that they had (another American import) I think I was the only one out of about 100 or so that didn't go I am not what you might call the sociable type...

Have never not wanted to go somewhere more. Night, all
