Fear of disobedience

Good morning all, I've suffered from epilepsy for most of my life. I need to go to an appointment to speak with my neurologist.

I've been feeling a strong urge not to go to the appointment, which is in an hour. Yesterday, I felt a strong urge not to go outside and walk my dog. This feeling is coming at me like a tug.

Should I miss this appointment then I'll get in trouble at work. Please pray for me.
