Favorite band.

I'm sure this must exist somewhere already, but I couldn't find it.

Anyway, what's your favorite band/artist of all time? And explain why. It doesn't have to be secular music, I just assumed that most music out there is secular these days.

Mine is Murder By Death. They've just got such a strong, deep feel to them, and I love their cinematic-like storylined albums. Also, I heart the electric cello because of this band.

I dont have a big favorite but I have some favorites- U2, Coldplay, The Cure, Blink 182, Oasis, Thrid Eye Blind.

My favorite is Bad Religion. Their songs are very catchy and the lyrics are very thought-provoking. They're also one of the longest-running punk bands in the US.

Queen - They were the most talented, original band in existence that actually sounded good and was fun to listen to. Mercury had the most amazing voice and everyone really put themselves into their music. It's timeless.

Queen was talented...but I thought they were a bit too...dramatic for my tastes.
