CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's funny how the easiest way to reveal the vacuousness of the creationist position is to simply ask questions.
You can take entire courses (free!) on how evolutionary biology works. Meanwhile, I can't find a single explanation as to how life forms were created from scratch via a supernatural entity.

And just what is the process by which air, dust and water create fully formed living organisms?
Okay. And what is the "breath of life"? Is this a literal breath (e.g. air)? Does God have lungs from which they breathe?
And how does breathing on something like a clay statue turn it into a living organism?

It's something unique to the only God ever formed physically. He can shape a creature like a Potter molds the clay and He can give temporary Life to that physical form so that scientists can name it a "common ancestor". The problem is that the creature is apart or separated from the only good, namely God. Mark 10:18 This means that anything Jesus makes is subject to darkness which leads to death, entropy and total destruction.
Can you now understand WHY Jesus said:
You MUST be born again. Jhn 3:7 Born of God the Trinity. Gen 1:27 John 14:16
