Open HeartYou are taking it by faith that the Bible is God speaking to you. You don't know it for a fact. Same for me.
I'm laughing.
Misconception; just because something isn't proven, it is necessarily incorrect.Because you're funny.
MISCONCEPTION: Science proves ideas.
CORRECTION: Journalists often write about "scientific proof" and some scientists talk about it, but in fact, the concept of proof — real, absolute proof — is not particularly scientific. Science is based on the principle that any idea, no matter how widely accepted today, could be overturned tomorrow if the evidence warranted it. Science accepts or rejects ideas based on the evidence; it does not prove or disprove them. To learn more about this, visit our page describing how science aims to build knowledge.http://undsci.berkeley.edu/teaching/misconceptions.php
Students hold many misconceptions about uncertainty, including:
- There is always a right answer.
- Students struggle with the idea of the tentativeness of scientific knowledge;
- Scientific ideas are either 'proven' or 'not proven' - there is no sense of the quantitative nature of uncertainty.

I'm fine with uncertainty. But before invoking uncertainty, understand probability. If you can't handle uncertainty, then get off the swing.
The real topic?I'm fine with uncertainty. But before invoking uncertainty, understand probability.
Cool. Now, where on that curve is the probable likelihood of evolutionary theory being correct? The real topic?
Yes, He could.No he couldn't.
You mean like these guys:Open Heart said:People would not have understood him,
Like His friends did?Open Heart said:... and would have thought he was crazy.
Open Heart said:He would have lost all his credibility, and then no one would have paid any attention to the gospel.
Go one step further (if you can).Sorry but yours go all the way back to the dust of the earth as well.
Science means more than just the modern day majority accepted method of science. Science means knowledge. I have enough justified reasons as per my empirical observation of the world around me and the use of logic and reason philosophically to trust in the Creator and what his Holy Scriptures say, and doubt the competence and genuineness of most of the major scientific scholarly community, even if I am not highly educated in all they say and do, and perfectly understand all they say and do. I trust myself, my own God-given mind and its abilities to discern these things better than I trust those deceive under the system and its agendas. There is no doubt the system is run by Satanists and there is no doubt that most people in the world truly hate Jesus, even religious Christians.
DRB:
Pro_30:3 I have not learned wisdom, and have not known the science of saints.
Dan_1:4 Children in whom there was no blemish, well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, acute in knowledge, and instructed in science, and such as might stand in the king's palace, that he might teach them the learning, and tongue of the Chaldeans.
Sir_17:6 He created in them the science of the spirit, he fired their heart with wisdom, and shewed them both good and evil.
KJV:
1Ti_6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
Ah, so debate by dictionary. Same thing. It is not my definition. This word existed long ago already in old english and means knowledge. That is why when we say God is all-knowing we call it omniscience.
Good luck with that.I follow what I know by pure knowing it. Not what others "know" according to their man-made systematic box of rules for "knowing."
Evolution is a process we can test and is not religious
until we apply the concept to untestable past events.
