...It's clear that most of you most of the time aren't even going to bother to listen because you've been trained all your life to abandon common sense, ignore evidence, and deny reality, or whatever is necessary to avoid admitting that your bible is simply wrong about how the universe really works.

Even in the multi-verse scientific religion, that just makes sense.
If simple observation effects outcome, then it stands to reason that prayer changes things.

Being wrong doesn't faze him. The more wrong he is, the more powerful his god must be, to have misled the scientists so thoroughly. There's nothing anyone can say to change his mind. It's remarkable to observe, really.
There are no actual contradictions. But there are passages that take some digging to understand why there seems to be conflict. Like how did Judas dies and such. Nothing that calls into question the basis of the faith. Usually the explanation strengthens ones faith in the Bible.
I have read lists of supposed conflicts, and was able to discount them offhand in seconds. And I am no Bible scholar. I don't think I've read every page yet.
We don't need the Bible to 'contradict reality' -- scientists do that just fine.The bible may or may not be internally contradictory, but it sure says a lot of things that contradict reality.
The most learned people had very odd medical theories not so long ago too.

And lets assume money = time for a moment.....how much TIME has been spent on the search for other life? Discussion, talk, research, ......heck even TV news time. Likely more time drooling about potential life on other planets than all of the superbowl commercials combined.

In your dreams maybe. In reality it never measured the future, or the state of the far past, nor can it. It verifies in box stuff..wow.If science is religion, then it's the only religion in the world that has measurable and verifiable predictions and results regardless of belief in it.
