Engaged and living with a non-christian man. What should I do?

It is not a sin to marry someone who does not share our religious beliefs. In fact the Bible says the opposite, that our spouse is sanctified.
You really need to read the book of Judges... In there you'll see pattern with the people of Israel. Their disobedience and disregard for Gods commandments regarding mingling with non believers got them in a lot of trouble.

I disobeyed God following my own path instead of what God wants me to do and now I'm suffering the consequences.

Do not continue following your own path, as you realize now.

In God's Sight you are already one flesh him whom you are living with, so you may not leave , (if you are a born again believer subject to Jesus). If he chooses to leave, let him go without trying to keep him. (He is free to go). Pray rather for his salvation daily, and perhaps as written in God's Word,
even "without a word" he may be converted by seeing your changed life.
For good examples, get and read the short Biblical paperbacks "Total Joy" and "Total Woman" by Marabel.
