Not modify, but mutilate. this is not getting a tattoo these are kids, only 19, 20, 24. Still under their fathers house. yes I do have further restrictions, they shall not abort an embryo once it is fertilized. Unless the health of the woman is in danger.

Without stearing the thread off topic, quickly evolution is not scientific because it lacks observation of macro evolution. observation is needed to test hypothesis. it cannot be science because of missing links. if it cannot be science it should not be legalized to teach as it becomes faith based not fact based.
