We are about to drive him to Moscow ourselves for a midnight appointment at an around-the-clock private medical center. (He's been running temps of over 104) The local health care structure has largely disintegrated. There's still a shadow of it, including a hospital, but they can't do much. An EMT came and gave him something to beat the temp down, that's about it.
