Jesus testified to this in Mat 26:28, MK 14:24 and LK 22:20. Jesus nor Paul have abbrogated the 10 Cs. God said He would and He did through Jesus Christ just like He promised in Gen 3:15.

This is the means through which God can have mercy on all - Rom 11:32.
