You said you don't use the ones about Masonry,
You are incorrect. The question was:
I would like to know what Skip's take on Chick publications is?
My answer was:
I like them, though the one on Masonry contains common errors. I don't use them in my ministry as they are more of the 'blunt instrument' type of outreach.
Notice the plural 'them', which refers back to Chick's publications in general. Cordially, Skip.

Chick Tracks make my skin crawl. It's not even that its against things that I am personally okay with, its more that the extreme lengths they go to make up crap to terrifying uninformed or unsuspecting people into accepting their hardline version of Christianity.

The funny part is that they attack all kinds of groups and people making the assumptions that if you believe the Chick tracts you'll have the true faith and yet they espouse views that much of the church would call at best fundamentalist and at worst heretical.

Lower ranks? Good grief. More conspiracy hogwash.

Maybe to you.

I find the transit of Venus key, let alone if it corresponds to structures built by founding fathers who were into Masonry...

What does the tip of these buildings represent to you?

If they build - in relation to Transits, it would incorporate the sun and venus perhaps if so.

Here is secrete knowledge of the Magi concerning the Pentagram symbol in the Astrological Natal chart of Christ.

Here is the Transit of venus.

The Transit of Venus completes the planet’s 8-year ‘pentagram design’ in the heavens, this June 5th & the 6th 2012. The Carrara Planetarium sets up a telescope for everyone to – MAYBE – see the once-in-a-lifetime conjunc

The lucky thing about chick tracts is that they simply have no basis in orthodox Christian doctrine as it has been understood by the centuries of church doctors and dedicated theologians so I try not to make a habit of judging Christian beliefs based on them. They do more harm to Christianity than anything.

Wrong reason, as any Mason can tell you. But, as an agnostic, what will you tell them when they ask: In whom do you put your trust?" Cordially, Skip.

I'd answer God, of course. Good thing it's not a theology class; I don't have to give a dissertation on which God. There are Pagan Masons, Jewish Masons, Muslim Masons, Deist Masons, et al. Even if the rites are based around Judeo-Christian lore, the accompanying theology is not required.

If you can honestly say you believe in the existence of a Supreme Being you qualify. Freemasonry doesn't tell its members which view(s) of God to believe in. That is between the individual and God.

As you say it isn't a theology class. It also isn't a church. So there is no doctrine/dogma involved.

So the Satan worshipper does meet the qualification requirements in that area. So too the worshipper of Molech, one presumes. Cordially, Skip.

As an agnostic, wouldn't that be a lie? Cordially, Skip.

Nope. Agnostic means that you don't know. I don't know if God is real or not, but my behavior can certainly reflect that I should act as if God does exist. I'd like to think there's a God, but I don't know for sure.

Don't you ever get tired of such baloney? No, absolutely not.

First, Satan is not a "Supreme Being." You know as well as I do that Satan was created by God and as created being is obviously not a Supreme Being.

Second, there are other qualifications for membership other than belief in a Supreme Being. Someone who serves the "prince of darkness" would not qualify for being a man of good moral character.

Do you ever stop playing games Skip or get tired to trying to play "gotcha" with Masons?
