We just don’t have biblical support to say with certainty that animals will go to Heaven but we can find information on heaven and animals to guide us.
Heaven is for redeemed sinners and Hell is for the unredeemed, but animals don't sin. They cannot "choose" between good and evil.

However, Isaiah 11:6-9 says that animals will be on the earth when Christ comes back to rule for a thousand years. We don't know if this is referring to resurrected animals or if God will "create" new animals.

Actually, my cats make choices all the time. Their brains have decision-making centers just as humans do. They actually choose to do good or evil. They just don't choose by thinking about it a lot like we do.

Humans love animals and we are created in God's image so how much more does God love these animals? He created so many! The Bible says that Jesus will come riding on a white horse and the lion will lie down with the lamb. I see no reason why our pets wouldn't be with us in heaven.
