.Not if they know they know they are guilty and are only free because of one certain individual named Jesus Christ, and only, ONLY due to that and because of him, and most of us mean, "Free" in declared blameless, Jesus doing the declaring, does not necessarily mean that we don't still sin...
Also, even if all are basically hypocrites, except Christ, maybe that's what Paul meant by every man (one) being found a liar... Cause God thinks it is lying...
God Bless!
.I claim that believers are still "able" to sin. Not, that they will continue to sin.
"Scripture says, IF they are born of God, they can no longer Sin, they can not Sin.
Yet some men claim, they are born of God, and continue to Sin."
When you get that much, maybe I can elaborate.
.
Well yes as a matter of fact I can, but seeing they have been Forgiven,
what is that to you, for forgiven sins are irrelevant to this conversation.
.I see... You had us running down a rabbit trail with semantics.
You know you can sin. The way you were talking was as if God zapped you and vacuumed the sin nature out from your body. Which is not the case.
You have been really talking about all sins forgiven, but spoke as if you had no more sins needing forgiveness.
OK...
.You claim that you do not sin anymore.
I am not sure you even know what sins are. Can you name some sins you used to commit, but are no longer able to do since you are saved? Paul spoke openly about the sins he committed before he was saved.
.
I'm not sure which one it is.
1) You are unable to write a question.
2) You are unable to understand an answer to a question you asked.
If your question was, Sins I have committed, after I became Born Again?
My answer is, what I have posted up to your question speaks what I believe, do you really need to hear it again?
You are too superficial and simplistic in your approach. Over simplified..
I asked you a simple question, but you must have not seen it, so I re-post it here for you, because I cannot tell from the way you speak, what it is you believe.
Are you of the belief.
You are not Dead to the Law?
You are not Dead to Sin?
You are not Dead to the Flesh?
However, if you are Dead to these as all Born Again Christians are,.....How Do You Sin?
.You are too superficial and simplistic in your approach. Over simplified.
Ephesians 2:6
"And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus."
Well? Are you right now on earth, or in heaven? The Bible says you are now seated with Christ in heavenly places. You are not here! Right?
See how others can play your word game? Its a sin to do so.
You are not honest with yourself. Many here already know you are not honest with us.

.Back on track, please... I asked you about the sins you used to commit before you were saved that you now can no longer commit. Since you claimed you can not sin anymore, it should be no problem for you to know what they were. After all? You would have to know what sins are and stopped in your life to know you can no longer sin.
When you start making such a claim as you have been? It begs the question! Well? What sins stopped and no longer can happen now that you got saved?
.The other problem is... How do we know if you even understand what sins are? I have a feeling you only think sins are only one or two overt actions a person can commit. And, those who no longer want to do.

Gal 5:26
Be not desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.
The other problem is... How do we know if you even understand what sins are? I have a feeling you only think sins are only one or two overt actions a person can commit. And, those who no longer want to do.
You are the dodger.... I just proved it. I was simply showing you how when you take certain passages literally you end up being foolish. Now its denial time. Which should come as second nature now, since you deluded yourself into believing you can not sin. And, do not sin....
And we all know you dodge every question you cannot answer truthfully, you skip over them, never answer them, and now blatantly refuse to answer them, because if you did, it would REFUTE your own Theology, Doctrine, and Belief.
That is why you are so hostile towards us, we speak the truth, and you see your whole belief system coming apart at the seams, and it makes you angry, why then would you rather believe the lie.
"If we say we have no sin,
we deceive ourselves,
and the truth is not in us."
1 John 1:8
Obviously, John had to face your kind in his day.
I can sin... and need to name my sins if and when I do.. Instantly! So, I do not waste anytime grieving the Holy Spirit who wants me to walk with Him in unison!
Why do I need to name my sins, if the sins are forgiven?
Because God can have no union with even sins that have been forgiven! They can not be counted against us because of the Cross of Christ. But He must withdraw from being one with what amounts to unrighteousness.
So why do we name them?
To get back in union with the Holy Spirit. For when we recognize our sins and agree that they are sins?
We agree!
God and I agree, that it is a sin! Meaning?
"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"
Amos 3:3
To walk together, you must be in one accord.... So, naming your sins is to agree with God. For you are calling sin, what God calls sin. And... The blood of Jesus purifies... and you walk.
To deny sin? You walk alone in the energy of your own prideful religious flesh

1 John 1:8
you deluded yourself into believing you can not sin. And, do not sin...
If you were in my church? I would humiliate you before the baby Christians. For they would be the only ones who possibly could be confused by your deluded way of thinking.
"Hey everybody! Want to see what our resurrection body will look like? Take a look at..... "
That's one way to avoid what I just said.....
In your post #788 below, you stated you could elaborate.
"Scripture says, IF they are born of God, they can no longer Sin, they can not Sin.
Yet some men claim, they are born of God, and continue to Sin."
I claim that believers are still "able" to sin. Not, that they will continue to sin.

In my post #878 below, I stated "I'm willing to listen if you are still inclined."
Does this now mean, your not going to elaborate?
