Did Paul consider himself a "sinner", are we supposed to think of ourselves as sinners...?

Not if they know they know they are guilty and are only free because of one certain individual named Jesus Christ, and only, ONLY due to that and because of him, and most of us mean, "Free" in declared blameless, Jesus doing the declaring, does not necessarily mean that we don't still sin...

Also, even if all are basically hypocrites, except Christ, maybe that's what Paul meant by every man (one) being found a liar... Cause God thinks it is lying...

God Bless!
.
Do you not understand "He who is Free is Free indeed"?

I claim that believers are still "able" to sin. Not, that they will continue to sin.

"Scripture says, IF they are born of God, they can no longer Sin, they can not Sin.
Yet some men claim, they are born of God, and continue to Sin."

When you get that much, maybe I can elaborate.
.
I'm willing to listen if you are still inclined.

Well yes as a matter of fact I can, but seeing they have been Forgiven,
what is that to you, for forgiven sins are irrelevant to this conversation.

I see... You had us running down a rabbit trail with semantics.
You know you can sin. The way you were talking was as if God zapped you and vacuumed the sin nature out from your body. Which is not the case.

You have been really talking about all sins forgiven, but spoke as if you had no more sins needing forgiveness.

OK...

I'm not sure which one it is.
1) You are unable to write a question.
2) You are unable to understand an answer to a question you asked.

If your question was, Sins I have committed, after I became Born Again?

My answer is, what I have posted up to your question speaks what I believe, do you really need to hear it again?

You claim that you do not sin anymore.

I am not sure you even know what sins are. Can you name some sins you used to commit, but are no longer able to do since you are saved? Paul spoke openly about the sins he committed before he was saved.
.

I asked you a simple question, but you must have not seen it, so I re-post it here for you, because I cannot tell from the way you speak, what it is you believe.

Are you of the belief.

You are not Dead to the Law?
You are not Dead to Sin?
You are not Dead to the Flesh?

However, if you are Dead to these as all Born Again Christians are,.....How Do You Sin?

Back on track, please... I asked you about the sins you used to commit before you were saved that you now can no longer commit. Since you claimed you can not sin anymore, it should be no problem for you to know what they were. After all? You would have to know what sins are and stopped in your life to know you can no longer sin.

When you start making such a claim as you have been? It begs the question! Well? What sins stopped and no longer can happen now that you got saved?

The other problem is... How do we know if you even understand what sins are? I have a feeling you only think sins are only one or two overt actions a person can commit. And, those who no longer want to do.

You are too superficial and simplistic in your approach. Over simplified.

Ephesians 2:6

"And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus."

Well? Are you right now on earth, or in heaven? The Bible says you are now seated with Christ in heavenly places. You are not here! Right?

See how others can play your word game? Its a sin to do so.

You are not honest with yourself. Many here already know you are not honest with us.

And we all know you dodge every question you cannot answer truthfully, you skip over them, never answer them, and now blatantly refuse to answer them, because if you did, it would REFUTE your own Theology, Doctrine, and Belief.

That is why you are so hostile towards us, we speak the truth, and you see your whole belief system coming apart at the seams, and it makes you angry, why then would you rather believe the lie.

Naturally Born in sin, (from a corrupt seed) ~ committed sin =
All have stood AGAINST, sinned against God.

Freely admitted ~ Freely submitted to be forgiven and become changed =

Changed ~ Supernaturally Born of a Pure, Holy Seed = Born of God
Changed ~ Free from sin, incapable of sin, incapable to stand against God.
Changed ~ Forever standing WITH God.

Now what?

WORKS ~ Works to Glorify God
WORKS ~ Works that do NOT Glorify God

One man Born of Gods Seed and another man Born of Gods Seed = Brothers

Any man Born of God can "rebuke" his "brother" for doing WORKS that ~
DO NOT GLORIFY GOD!

Men in general and on this forum - REBUKE men Born of God, FOR doing WORKS that Glorify God.

They SAY - it is WRONG to trust and believe Scripture.

I was born in sin, I have committed sin, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER man naturally born on this earth.

I was Forgiven my sins. I was Born Again of Gods Pure, Holy, Seed.

I accept my change IS Gods Truth, and forward, do not commit sin, and cannot sin.

I accept forward is to DO WORKS, that Glorify God.

I accept forward WHEN MY WORKS, do not Glorify God, that a Brother, can "rightfully rebuke" me for my WORKS, that do NOT Glorify God.

I DO NOT ACCEPT another "rebuking" me, FOR DOING WORKS, that Glorifies God.

That's that.

God Bless,

Did you miss the lesson?

My physical body is out of the earth, and remains on earth.
His Spirit is within my physical body.

My Spiritually forgiven and cleansed and sanctified BODY, is Christ's Body.

His Spiritual Body is in Heaven, so also is mine.

1 Cor 12: [27] Now ye are the body of Christ,

You charge dishonesty, when it is your lack of understanding that is your dilemma.

All sins are forgiven, a man Born of God.

There is no more commission of sins.

Now it is about, DOING or NOT DOING "works" that Glorify God.

Gal 5:19-21
19) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Rom 8:2-4
2) For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3) For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4) That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Gal 5:18
But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Gal 5:22-25
22) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23) Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
24) And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25) If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

The other problem is... How do we know if you even understand what sins are? I have a feeling you only think sins are only one or two overt actions a person can commit. And, those who no longer want to do.
.
Are you a Judge?
Are you a Priest?

Gal 5:26
Be not desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

They are the same for all -
Born in sin from a corrupt seed.
Standing against God - not knowing Him, believing in Him, loving Him, etc.

What sins stopped and no longer can happen now that you got saved?

Standing against God - not knowing Him, believing in Him, loving Him, trusting Him, etc.

I find this very strange of the pot challenging the kettle.

The pot wants to no longer sin, but does, and wants the kettle to agree with it.

The kettle has been forgiven of sin, has the power of God within him, no longer sins and agrees with God.

Whose works are glorifying God? Kettle.

You are the dodger.... I just proved it. I was simply showing you how when you take certain passages literally you end up being foolish. Now its denial time. Which should come as second nature now, since you deluded yourself into believing you can not sin. And, do not sin...

"If we say we have no sin,
we deceive ourselves,
and the truth is not in us."

1 John 1:8

Obviously, John had to face your kind in his day.

If you were in my church? I would humiliate you before the baby Christians. For they would be the only ones who possibly could be confused by your deluded way of thinking.

"Hey everybody! Want to see what our resurrection body will look like? Take a look at..... "

:holy: I can sin... and need to name my sins if and when I do.. Instantly! So, I do not waste anytime grieving the Holy Spirit who wants me to walk with Him in unison!

Why do I need to name my sins, if the sins are forgiven? Because God can have no union with even sins that have been forgiven! They can not be counted against us because of the Cross of Christ. But He must withdraw from being one with what amounts to unrighteousness.

So why do we name them? To get back in union with the Holy Spirit. For when we recognize our sins and agree that they are sins? We agree! God and I agree, that it is a sin! Meaning?

"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"

Amos 3:3

To walk together, you must be in one accord.... So, naming your sins is to agree with God. For you are calling sin, what God calls sin. And... The blood of Jesus purifies... and you walk.

To deny sin? You walk alone in the energy of your own prideful religious flesh.

In your post #788 below, you stated you could elaborate.

"Scripture says, IF they are born of God, they can no longer Sin, they can not Sin.
Yet some men claim, they are born of God, and continue to Sin."

I claim that believers are still "able" to sin. Not, that they will continue to sin.

you deluded yourself into believing you can not sin. And, do not sin...

Delusion is -
PRETENDING, a man who has sinned, been forgiven his sins, been born of
God is the same man who says "he has no sin"!!

Ignorance is -
Repeating the delusion over and over and over.

Delusion is -

Isa 66
[1] Thus saith the LORD...

[4] I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.

1 John 3
[9] Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Delusion is -
Not knowing the difference between Mans "seed" and the Power of Gods "SEED"

If you were in my church? I would humiliate you before the baby Christians. For they would be the only ones who possibly could be confused by your deluded way of thinking.

I'm sure you would, just as you do here.

"Hey everybody! Want to see what our resurrection body will look like? Take a look at..... "

Wow - totally Delusional and false. What a strange thing to say, or even suggest teaching children.

God Bless,

SO, I guess that's a NO, and your not going to, or you can't elaborate.

I'm not going to argue with you, because I don't respond well to insults, it seems as though you are only trying to "Get Me To Sin" so you can say ah ha I knew it, "liar, liar pants on fire!"

All I have to say then is "Get Thee Behind Me Satan"

I can only assume at this point, your going for the whole 490.
I forgive you.
