.......
In fact all high tech does. That's why there are cell phones in every country.
Two types of computers world wide.
Why all fighter planes look almost identical.
Why the Space shuttle and the Concorde looked just like the AVRO Arrow.
Why all electricity is A/C.
Why vehicles are either Diesle or gas internal combustion engines.
Why there are nuclear bombs in all powerful countries.
Why the internet is everywhere. Why GPS is everywhere......
The biggest discrepancies in the world, as far as technology... is.... that some cars drive on the left and some drive on the right... or... that the rails of trains may be different widths.
Because... there are no secrets in the science world...among the scientists..... and secrets that scientists keep... are kept by all.
You have a good point here. This does show that there is a world wide conspiracy, and that scientists and engineers are all in on it. It's called physics. The laws of physics are the same in China, as Europe, as the UK, as America. They are the same in the northern hemisphere as on the equator as in the southern hemisphere. It's all a big conspiracy.
Just a couple of the above examples:
Fighter planes are all similar because aerodynamics is the same worldwide.
Mains electricity uses AC because electrical circuit theory is the same everywhere.
The other conspiracy is due to simple economics and limited resources. Taking the example of computers. First, the claim that there are just two types of computers is false. Yes, there are now two dominant computer operating systems on personal computers: Mac OS X and Windows. Apple has changed the hardware architecture several times, from 68000, PowerPC, Intel 8086 descendants, and now ARM. Microsoft Windows has been restricted to Intel based processors, with aborted attempts to support other architectures.
But embedded systems, servers, and very large computers predominantly use Linux.
The world didn't start with two dominant operating systems for personal use, it ended up with two. Being able to have just one personal computer is much cheaper than have a desk full. Software developers now only need to support one, or perhaps two, operating systems., and have a much larger available market, then if there were many different systems in common use.
In the 1990s it was common for electronics engineers to have a Unix machine, a windows PC and an Apple Mac, and ATE systems were often controlled by an HP computer running HP Basic.
With nuclear bombs only being developed by powerful nations - that's because most countries do not have the money, people, or resources needed to develop them. And the powerful countries restrict their sale to other countries, so if a country wants its own nuclear capability, it has to do everything itself.
GPS is everywhere. Obviously. G stands for 'Global'. That's what it means. And how it works.
