Not sure no one understands God completely. Probably depends upon what completely means. Pretty sure Jesus did and does...and anyone to whom He reveals Him at least to some degree. Don’t think thats beyond Him.

How about Revelation? As a Lutheran, you should be fully aware of how the plagues in history are tied to Revelation.
