God’s purpose, His original plan is to bring everyone to salvation. He will save everyone, not leaving anyone behind, because that would mean His work is unfinished. His work will be finished, everyone will be saved in the end!

It is God’s will to save everyone, thus it will come true, no matter what.

Jesus did NOT say that everyone will be saved, Jesus said "Not every one ...shall enter into the kingdom of heaven." Jesus also said, "Many, [not a few] will say to me in that day,[judgement day] Lord, Lord, have we not ...in thy name done many wonderful works?" But Jesus will say to those many, "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
When Jesus says "never," He means "never" not someday by and by.
N.B. This happened on Judgement Day, there are no further chances for salvation.

Neither of these vss. say or imply that God will save the whole world. Sinners are certainly not giving thanks in all circumstances. Still trying to turn the psalmist's prayer into a UR text.

The Lord will uphold all the fallen, He will bring them up into His righteous ways. All men will praise these mighty acts for all time. Praising the Lord for their salvation through faith alone in Our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. Amen.

You stopped quoting one vs. too soon. In this Psalm God does NOT say He will save all mankind.

Psalms 145:18-20​

(18) The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.​

(19) He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.​

(20) The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.​

The LORD is NOT nigh unto all who do not call upon Him, to all that do not call upon Him in truth.
He will NOT fulfil the desire of them that do not fear him: he also will not hear their cry, and will not save them.
the LORD preserveth NOT all them that do not love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

God’s pleasure is in all of His Creation, the love He has for us through Jesus Christ. No other religion has a God like the Lord, as He is the only one that will save the whole world. Only through faith alone in Christ Jesus will the whole world have their sins washed away! Therefore, He will save all of us. It was written at the beginning, since ancient times, and will be carried out as He reveals the end. Universal Salvation was the plan all along.

In no way can Isaiah 26:9 be interpreted as salvation of all mankind.
