You could also have 'early deaths', cases where confirmation of covid via test result comes post mortem. So they don't get tallied as confirmed until the same day they die. Recovery won't come until (depending on the country) 2 consecutive tests show no virus, and depending on country getting test result might take some time.

Netherlands
deaths: 2,396
recovered: 250

UK
deaths: 7,978
recovered: 135

Do they wait longer time to confirm recovery than other countries? Or is there some other aspect?

Coronavirus Update (Live): 1,607,595 Cases and 95,785 Deaths from COVID-19 Virus Pandemic - Worldometer
Every nation has a different methodology for collecting data. So comparisons are difficult.
You link also shows the number of cases from which those deaths are taken. That brings your two figures proportionally closer.
UK total CV cases as 65,077 with 7978 deaths = 12%
Netherlands CV cases 23,097 with 2511 deaths =10%

In the UK, seasonal flu killed over 28,000 in 2014/15, and over 26,000 in 2017/18 with no panic and no lockdown.
The WHO has instructed officials to record all respiratory deaths as Covid19, which of course massively inflates all data.

From my observation, the main problem is the panic cause by the media.

The wisest social distancing should be between yourself and the mainstream media.

If this model for UK resources needed is correct, that will also escalate the death rate:

They are expected to lose close to 3000 per day at peak, and still have a week to get there

Ok, but this is really strange:

country cases deaths recovered
USA 478,366 17,927 26,163
Spain 157,053 15,970 55,668
Italy 147,577 18,849 30,455
Germany 119,624 2,607 52,407
France 117,749 12,210 23,206
China 81,907 3,336 77,455
UK 70,272 8,958 135
Iran 68,192 4,232 35,465

You live in the UK, can you explain somehow such difference?

It just depends on how extensive the follow up is on known cases. Most countries see value in keeping track of recoveries as a way of tracking how many "active" cases they're facing. A few countries like Netherlands have never released data on recoveries, they apparently don't see it as an important metric to release.
I understand that point of view. For a ccountry facing an epidemic that is so out of control that you have no idea how many people are actually infected, counting "recoveries" as if you had the situation tightly under control like Taiwan or South Korea, is kind of pointless.

Flu kills 80 people a day in the UK: 80 people die in Britain every DAY from flu and pneumonia more than anywhere in Europe | Daily Mail Online

Coronavirus, right know, kills about 1,000 people a day in the UK.

And its not in its peak, yet.
And we have no accepted treatment without serious side-effects, yet.
Except that many of them had one or more underlying illnesses before getting Covid19.
I suggest you read this before jumping to conclusions.

Thats how covid works. It quickly kills everybody who has some problem. Astma, heart problem, lungs problem, kidney problem, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, etc. And its a lot of people.

And even healthy people can have very serious problem with covid 19 alone.

Even your own prime minister had to be hospitalized and said that doctors saved his life.

Its not like flu.

Given the lack of testing, it is estimated that many of those classed as Covid, actually died of flu.
The big problem here is the media driven panic. My nearest regional hospital is quite slack and has empty beds.

Some hospitals can have empty beds, some hospitals are so full that it looks like in a war zone. Flu does not do that.
