collegue's suicide attempt :(

I recently found out that someone I work with, attempted suicide a few weeks ago. They spent a week in the hospital, and they were given some medication, and hopefully some therapy as well.

I am still very concerned about her.

How sad.

Heavenly Father, lulu's work collegue has reached a point where Satan has convinced her her problems will be solved if she takes her life. Remove his influence from and show her the peace and joy she can have in a life with you. She needs to hear of salvation and forgiveness of sins. She needs to be shown your mercy and the hope of eternal life. Let this trying time be turned into something positive. Show her how much you love her and no matter how low she feels, she is not forsaken by you. In Jesus' name, Amen

I've never attempted suicide, but I have struggled with thoughts of it, and have intentionally hurt myself. I will pray for this woman. She needs prayer right now.

Father, I pray for Lulu's co-worker, that You'll help her feel Your presence in her life. May she turn the burdens and concerns of her life over to You, so that she'll know Your peace.
