With the bulk of the $787 billion stimulus package still unspent, some lawmakers say, President Obama should not be adding yet another $13 billion to the deficit by funding a one-time $250 Social Security payment.

Cost of living didn't go up, but the Obama team wants to hand out more money, and dig our debt even more?
I would support the use of Stim money for this. Get the stimulous money out to stimulate the economy, rather then let it trickle in over the next 9 years.
Of course, after trillions and trillions spent, whats a few measly (13)billions?

That is usually not the case when the rich receive tax cuts.
