Sometimes we wonder, 'What did I do to deserve this?'
or 'Why did God have to do this to me?'
Here is a wonderful explanation! ​

A daughter is telling her mother
how everything is going wrong:
she's failing algebra ; her boyfriend broke up with her
and her best friend is moving away. ​

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake
and asks her daughter if she would like a snack,
and the daughter says,
'Absolutely, Mum, I love your cake.' ​

'Here, have some cooking oil,' her Mother offers.
'Yuck,' says her daughter.. ​

'How about a couple raw eggs?'
'Gross, Mum!' ​

'Would you like some flour then?
Or maybe baking soda?' ​

'Mum, those are all yucky!' ​

To which the mother replies:
'Yes, all those things seem bad by themselves
But when they are put together in the right way,
they make a wonderfully delicious cake! ​

God works the same way.
Many times we wonder why He would let us
go through such bad and difficult times.
But God knows that
when He puts these things all in His order,
they always work for good!
We just have to trust Him and, eventually,
they will all make something wonderful! ​

I went out to the grocery stores today...have not driven for a few days as I have been having vertigo again...it has something to do with my ears & all the stuff I am sensitive too.

Today I'm doing pretty well...

I do have good days Dave...last week was slow...I get online but don't do much...I'm still here.

Sometimes... it can, get a bit slow in here [time zone differences]
For this reason... I joined CFF but MEN [in there] are in a very small minority
just three of us ... one, works nights and sleeps up when I am out-there
... I opened a myyearbook account and am on facebook and twitter [rarely]
Just to KEEP BUSY

and I do [keep busy] what with ceramics and now the photography classes

I thought the vertigo was better yesterday...

Hands are so important...LOL...what an understatement...we just "need" to use them for about everything. Lord we all could use a new body...thank You that You have planned for that for us already...help us to wait patiently for our full redemption and in mercy Lord relieve and heal many afflictions, bring restoration to withered muscles and nerves...speak healing words to us I pray in Jesus Name Amen.

Wow, amazing how she cared for her baby and patted him and diapered him. The baby seemed content!

I have seen this lady before or another women with no arms. There is also a women who has no arms that paints using her toes. I can't remember her name but she is a very gifted artist.

Welcome Back Sis'..... I had a very fitful
[disturbed] sleep last night
It was a hot and stuffy night
I came downstairs and stood at the backdoor step
to cool-off
I even put the small 8" fan on for a while
just, to move the air in the bedroom
I then beat up my pillows
because they 'threatened' to make my neck ache
'what a night...it really was such a night'

I hope your thumb is recovering well now
