I thought about you and Gracie while walking Penny today

I'm the odd ball. I really hate losing daylight at 5 or 6 pm. I'm not an early riser, though. Things have been hectic at my house lately, so I spent much of today chilling in quite, not even going to church. I don't like needing so much down time.

One of my aides is taking maternity leave soon and I've interviewed to find a replacement. The kids have also been here a lot, which in a way I like. My sinuses were bad yesterday and I think everything together just unnerved me a bit. Plus, I really don't like changing aides. You really don't know what you're getting.

Anyway, that's my world

You have been through a lot of changes recently....add that to inclement weather, cold, and the time change...... it is does throw a person off!
Praying for the Lord to direct the PERFECT aide to you, and to bless you with renewed health and calmness in this time of transition

OOOOO, good! I had a quiet day...took a nap, did some floor cleaning, walked Gracie....have really been hurting a lot, I may rest a lot this week.

I don't like needing so much down time either...seems such a waste, but I have no choice...the body just won't go more.

I like the darker hours...must be one of the few who do. Most love the sunshine.

Gail does have a lot of wisdom...she is very intune the painful situations of other people. Great friend to have for sure.

I had a very positive experience last night with Group---turned out I was the only one that showed up. I had met with the leader before, so I was feeling more comfortable and just talked and talked. I feel pretty good today, emotionally anyway.

I went ahead and exercised today, but, not my usual. I did sitting yoga. Worked out good. I guess I will do this M/W/F. Making some plans to get away for the weekend.

I got in an early walk too...am no where close to being on the new time...it usually takes me a week to adjust...Fall and Spring.

It is almost hot here in mid afternoon...but they say..."THEY"...say...it will get a lot cooler as the week goes on.
