Can a person with a severe personality disorder become saved? For example, sociopath or Psychopath?

If they did happen to surrender their life to Christ, yet fall back into deceptive, immoral behaviour, does this mean, they were not truly saved or can't be truly saved.

I am confused.
Anyone can be saved, they can then sin, repent and sin again. If we accept Jesus as our savior, we will make our best efforts to follow in His ways and His righteousness will cover our sins. However if we reject Jesus, who He is and what He has done and fail to return to having faith in Him we are not saved. So you are saved once but you can reject and deny Jesus, who He is and what He as done, after you are saved and thereby reject your salvation. That would be a sin and since that would entail never returning to the acceptance of Jesus it would end up being the unforgivable sin and would grieve the Holy Spirit who was once within you. (I am not using the word "you" here in a specific way in reference to a particular person)

You are a Christian. So do you ever sin? When you do does that mean you are not a Christian or merely that as a Christian you gave in to temptation and sinned?

It isthe same with drug addicts and all sinners except the greater the sins they used to do, the greater the fall when they do relapse.

I agree, however, this person falling into adultery, abandoned their faithful wife, married someone from eastern religion, has no remorse for damage caused their family, have been deceptive, lying, manipulative

Is this the same episode that you wrote about in previous threads, or a new one?

That guy will have to work that out with God. The faithful that he left behind (if faithful) need to move on per 1 Corinthians 7:15. You cannot change the offense by repeating it over and over.

Do you have a local church to help you through the grieving process?

Not to sound mean, but you do seemed to be confused.
If you understand God's only condition to receive His free gift of Eternal Life. Then your question you ask, you would have been able to answer yourself.

The only condition God has given people to receive His free gift of Eternal Life (salvation) is to believe in The Messiah (Jesus). That means to believe that Jesus is who He says He is, The promised Messiah/Son of God from the prophecies of The Tanakh. Trust in The Messiah for God's free gift of Eternal Life. If a person can do that, then it does not matter what type of mental state they are in, they can receive God's free gift of Eternal Life.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
