Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
I second that.I think this has gone about as far as it should be allowed. &Abel, either stick to the subject of the thread, or cease to post here. Your non-Biblical, non-inspired "scriptures" are unwanted, unrecognized, and actively rejected here. If you cannot make your point from the recognized Protestant Canon, then you will be asked to refrain from comment. Further posting of such stuff will be seen as an intent to derail the thread, brinking, and intentionally trying to provoke. Do I make myself clear?

ok,
Ezekial 33
11"Say to them, '(O)As I live!' declares the Lord GOD, 'I take (P)no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked (Q)turn from his way and live (R)Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?'
12"And you, son of man, say to your fellow citizens, 'The (S)righteousness of a righteous man will not deliver him in the day of his transgression, and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will (T)not stumble because of it in the day when he turns from his wickedness; whereas a righteous man will not be able to live by his righteousness on the day when he commits sin.'
13"When I say to the righteous he will surely live, and he so trusts in his righteousness that he (U)commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered; but in that same iniquity of his which he has committed he will die.
14"But when I say to the wicked, 'You will surely die,' and he (V)turns from his sin and practices (W)justice and righteousness,
15if a wicked man restores a pledge, (X)pays back what he has taken by robbery, walks by the (Y)statutes which ensure life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
JF5000,

I would take Ezekiel over Enoch any day of the week.......and your point is???
May their judgement be swift and painful!!!!Jud 1:4 For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

1Ti 4:1-2 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (2) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
