Clothed, I am not an atheist, as you seem to imply. I know God exists and helps us.

I have heard this verse over and over. God is at work in you to will and work for His good pleasure. What is God's good pleasure?

1 Chronicles 29:17
I know also, my God, that You test the heart and have pleasure in uprightness.

Psalm 5:4
For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, nor shall evil dwell with You.

Psalm 147:11
The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who hope in His mercy.

Do I have any pleasure at all that the wicked should die?” says the Lord God, “and not that he should turn from his ways and live?

God takes pleasure in righteousness and godliness in us, not wickedness. He does not take pleasure in the wicked dying, therefore He tells them to turn and live.

If a man choose to live in wickedness, then God cannot work within this man. He must freely choose to live in godliness and not wickedness.

I'll admit, I didn't think you actually believed that, but I have seen, not only Calvinists, but others also, believe different things than what their 'denomination' believed, so I thought you might be one of them. There are 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-point Calvinists. "Mama always said, life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." I am sorry if I caused you any trouble with this.

Not necessarily: Muslims believe in god, do they not? Also, be careful you aren't calling people who profess Christ unregenerate just because they have a different theological upbringing. I don't doubt any Arminian's salvation, because I was once one yet my faith was entirely in Jesus.

Clothed, I've seen all kinds of types. I will never dislike any person. It's their belief which gets my attention.

I know his attitude is not the norm for Calvinists.

I apply to the regenerated and the unregenerated as stated in the bible.
There are still believers and unbelievers.
