Thank you WisdomSeeker... cause it was getting pretty dark and ashy in my neck of the woods.... Simi is a 10 minute drive.

It was pretty stinky here because of those fires too. I had the Santa Clarita smoke and the Hesperia smoke and Rightwood was ablaze too. Pee Yew! Could barely breathe without my lungs feeling like they were burning.

I know I'm not the only one that prayed.

And it's raining here today. Not that that means anything. But it is strange to be talking about praying for rain...and it raining outside.

Okay, I'm hopping here..not because I'm from California <don't chase me out yet > but because I have a question. So, umm, what can you folks tell me about Sacramento? Thinking about moving out there and just wanted to know what it's like, what's there to do, and how expensive is it to live out there
